"EXTREMELY dissatisfied...placed/paid for order(Christmas (Xmas) gift) with guarenteed delivery prior to Xmas. Recieved delivery of cheaper/inferior product the day before Xmas. Called Electronic Express (EE) Customer Service (CS) and was instructed to ship it back for replacement with correct product. FedEx failed to pickup return package after 3 days. Brought package to FedEx store and was told that I would have to pay to have it shipped back, as EE FedEx shipping # was no good. Called EE CS again and was instucted again to leave it out for FedEx pickup again...this time FedEx did pick it up. I tracked the package back to EE 4 days later. Call EE CS back to get status of my original order and was told that it would be shipped tomorrow...this went on every other day for over 2 weeks and still no product! Finally I was told that the product that was in stock when I orginally ordered it was no longer in stock...after determining that EE had no suitable replace product in stock, I was told that I would be FULLY refunded. After calling EE CS every other day for another week, the price of the product was finally refunded but NOT the shipping charge. After calling EE CS every day for 4 more days I FINALLY got the shipping charge refunded."
"The third party retailer that I have purchased from was unable to help me with this situation. I purchased this Westinghouse frame and used it happily for 3-4 weeks. Upon the 3rd or 4th week, the item became unable to access any form of a picture from an SD card. I tried numerous techniques but was unable to fix the problem and realized it may be a hardware issue. I asked for a return authorization from Electronic Express, they gladly accepted and I shipped the item back. We had not kept the original manual or boxes so it was shipped with bubble wrap surrounding the item and the power cord. I just received an email from Electronic Express stating the item was severely damaged and they would only refund me 45% of the original item. I then asked for pictures of the item knowing that (a) the item was in perfect physical condition upon shipment (b) packaged with bubble wrap surrounding the big box. The pictures they sent were blurry and the frame had been removed. I spoke with the manager and they were completely unforgiving and accused me of damaging the item. I'm furious with this entire transaction. Nothing is worse than dealing with a company that is not willing to stand by their product. Also, I find that the pictures appear to have tampered with the item. In one picture, the item is in tact, the other picture, the frame is removed. I wouldn't put fraud past this company. Just a warning. I'd rather spend 10 dollars more and buy from someone reputable. "
"Absolutely horrendous service. I ordered a Cuisinart CBK200 bread maker for my wife birthday 13 days in advanced. It did not ship out till 9 days after. No communication from the company on any credit card hold up.
I had to call in to find out that because the name was different, it was on hold. (It's the SAME address....) The customer rep said he will call me back to let me know what's going on. No call back.
Call back again 3 days later and FINALLY found out that 9 days after, it's in the warehouse being shipped. If you don't want to deal with a company that you to chase around to get your product, then STAY FAR AWAY."

"I ordered a router online waited 4 days only to find out they had none in stock and were unable to get any more and after l called them they sent an E-mail telling me they were cancelling my order .Customer service at this store sucks. l will not buy anything from them again."
