From the time I placed it in my cart and when I actually purchased it the price went up $50.00 from $639. to $689. but the cart price of $639.00 was honored anyway. Amazon will not do that! <br>I did receive the obligatory call from sales trying to upgrade me to a battery and charger and extended warranty. I turned them down and was not badgered about it. I received an email stating that I needed to call and confirm my order, which I did on Tuesday morning. The company asked me if I wanted to purchase cables, an extended warranty, and additional shipping insurance, all of which I declined. The rep was very courteous and polite, and he didn\u0027t pressure me when I declined. He said the order would ship out soon, and he wasn\u0027t lying. The TV was delivered by FedEx that Saturday---four days after I called to confirm my order. It was brand new, and it works great. The order status on their website changed from \u201capproved\u201d to \u201cready to ship\u201d on the 15th. It\u2019s the 30th now and the status still says \u201cready to ship\u201d. I have yet to receive a call from any shipping company about any pending deliveries. Called in to Electrozone on the 28th and Lewis (manager) assured me the order had been shipped and explained to me that there isn\u0027t any tracking info if you opt for the free shipping. In addition, that 7-14 days for shipping actually means 7-14 business days. Anyway, I have been assured that the tv will be here on Tuesday the 3rd. So much for having it in time for the super bowl! I\u0027m happy I can call in and get someone on the phone and find out what is going on. They seem eager to make things right so I\u0027d say that is a plus about Electrozone. I\u0027ll report back when the set comes in. <br><br>Update: Received the tv on Tuesday the 3rd as Lewis promised. According to the shipping receipt it was shipped from Mira Loma, California on the 27th. Helped the truck driver carry it in although I didn\u0027t have to. His instructions were to deliver the television and remove the box\/packing materials from the premises which he did. The TV is brand new, not refurbished and the picture is stunning. Haven\u0027t really had time to tweak the settings in but hardly need to do anything as it is very nice out of the box.
