Keep up the good work Electrozone! We finally ordered our new TV and were able to order earlier than originally planned b/c of Electrozone's price. Shipping took 11 days, but I'm told that its normal time with free ground shipping. The tv arrived in perfect condition and we are very happy. Once again thank you!

Ordered a Samsung BDP-1600 so I could watch Netflix on my bigscreen tv, rec'd email from EZ to confirm purchase, so called them & specifically asked if this was new or refurbished; was told over and over it's "new." That they buy goods from out of business companies like Circuit City & altho items are repackaged, they're new. Rec'd my receiver, box marked REFURBISHED as is the back of the player. Could not connect to Netflix to activate receiver even tho I'm a subscriber since '04. Called Samsung, Netflix & my ISP & all agreed the receiver was faulty. It did download the firmware updates, but when trying to connect to Netflix, it couldn't get a gateway ping! So figured I'd watch a blu ray movie. Pushed remote to open bay & it opens & closes randomly now when the power is on. When I turn it off & close the bay door, it's misaligned & won't close all the way back into the drive! I called EZ, spoke to their cust svc rep, told him I'd like a refund so he referred me to the warehouse mgr. After much yelling & screaming over the phone (the mgr) he told me I could send it back for a full refund & that's all I wanted in the beginning. He was very pushy & rude & kept insisting that I'd be better off just accepting an exchange, I said no I don't know how many times. He told me that I'd have to pay for shipping, to & from me & also a restock fee; each $16 so I said no prob. After the arguement, the mgr said he's pay the damn shipping & that since they're such bad people he'd rather not have me as a customer. Totally rude & the worst customer svc I've ever experienced. I'll never buy from this store, nor will I ever recommend it. Buy beware, once they have your money it's hard to get it back. I'm still waiting for the RTA to come in the mail.  
 
UPDATE: Louis has been very helpful in sending me the return ship label for FedEx & sent the receiver back. My refund was posted 11/17/09 so all's well. He bent over backward to help me resolve this issue & I thank him.

I am truly 100% satisfied with my order and eventual delivery from this company.

I had never came across or heard of Electrozone before but they had the lowest price so I gave them a try. On another day I might not have ordered from them but these days every penny counts and they were saving me a couple hundred $.  
And I would go back their again if I were to purchase another TV; besides for the savings they seem to be an honest store with good policies (I always make sure to read them first). Shipping also, was free.  

Very helpful people on the phone. Cheapest products too.

Would reccomend to others. Polite customer service yet professional at same time. I went for them due to their low price and it was a quick and flawless purchase. 5 stars!

Absolutely a class seller. The guy Jeff was so patient with all my crazy questions and I did alot of shopping around befor I went for Electrozone due to their price. He also set me up with the extended warranty which gives me peace of mind. Will absolutely be back come christmas time

My reccomendation would be to check their website br=efore you finalize your purchase elsewhere as they seem to be the cheapest. I have purchased from them once and have no reason not to go back.

Purchased a Sony tv from them and it went well. After I ordered I got an automated phone call asking me to confirm my address and the tv came after 11 days with free shipping. Had heard stories of companies selling refurbished stuff at full price so was was holding my breath but it came perfectly packaged and as far I can tell it is brand new. I would use them again if their prices are still so low.

Took 9 days for shipping which was a little longer than I had expected. Other than that, thumbs up.

We ordered an expensive TV from them beacuse they had the best priced from all the sites that we looked at. We were a little nervous initially but it came after 10 days in perfect condition.
