I am very sorry about this. It sounds like we made a mistake in shipping. Please contact us so we can rectify this for you.
Thanks,

"I recently purchased a vehicle that only came with one key and remote. Like most other people I tend to misplace keys so I needed a spare. I looked at the local hardware store and to my surprise one key alone was $89 and then a remote was about $70 at a dealership. I looked online and found Ekeyfobs. I was hesitant at first but at their price I figured I would take a chance. I ordered 2 Keys and a remote for only $49 TOTAL. That is less than lust one key at the locksmith let alone a dealership. When I received the remote and keys, they came with instructions. I was able to program the remote myself in minutes. Because I only had one original programmed key I had to take the keys to a dealership or locksmith. I took them to a dealership and they were able to program one key but not the other. I contacted the company and they replaced the bad key with no hesitation. This company saved me a lot of money and stands behind their product. "
