"Ok food for emergency, nonexistent customer service.I've ordered 2-weeks responder from efoodsdirect, 2 pouches were missing when it arrived. I've sent email and contacted customer service using their website form. No one bothered to answer me. While few dishes I tried tasted not bad for this kind of food, I definitely not going to do more business with the company. If they don't care about customers on small case they probably will not care at all. And by the way, they did not publish this review on their website... So, I've found better place for it right here!"
