"DO NOT BUY here. I ordered product on Feb. 12 and paid extra for expedited shipping. The package was shipped by DHL and forwarded to USPS service. The package is stacked between two shipping services and no one wants to resolve the problem. I contacted Edenfantasys.com customer service four times by phone and email and didn’t get any respond. The phone number provided is always go to voice message. You will not able to talk with a person. Now Feb. 24 and I am contacting my credit card company to get my money back. "

"Order from these characters who don't know the meaning of customer service, pay extra for expedited shipping and it takes at least 7 days to go to an address withing the same state from where the item is shipped. Contact "customer service" and the response is even slower. Use Melrose Urban out of California and you will get much better service. Eden just doesn't give a da$n."
"First it took almost 2 weeks for me to receive my order. When it did arrive I received an outdated model of an adult toy from them. When I contacted support I was told that this is a common practice with their company and they dismissed my claim. While customer service made a point of saying that this practice isn't against the law, what they are doing is very deceiving at the very least. I was not offered any help, refund, or even an apology. Right now I'm sitting on a $130 loss, but am trying to work something out with the manufacturer of the toy. "
"I purchased a pillow (it costs $84.99) and instead of qualifying for free shipping on purchase of $35+, I was quoted $46.99 for shipping. I paid for the shipping cost since I thought the pillow must be huge and the extra shipping cost is for oversize package. the package arrived and it's a normal size 20 x 10 x 5 and the shipping label shows it costs $8.05 to ship that package (I ship packages regularly on ebay and only those with the combined length and girth exceed 108" are subjected to oversized charged. ). Upon contacting customer service regarding the over priced shipping cost, I was told it was designed like that and there is nothing they can do. I have been their customer since 2008 and this issue definitely stopping me from coming back. "
"I purchased the Form 2 for $116 from EdenFantasys at the beginning of September, and did experience the infamous ‘glitch’ that so many reviewers have mentioned. Still, I was satisfied with my purchase until the end of November when the item suddenly ‘glitched’ consistently, rendering it useless. I contacted EdenFantasys expecting to have no problem in exchanging the defective item, only to be told the company stands behind its products for a maximum of 60 days (I had my item for less than 90 days) and that I should contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s website offers a 3 year warranty on their vibrators WHEN PURCHASED THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE, which can be done for $145. Through EdenFantasys I paid approximately $10 per item use. At the same usage rate, I could have paid less than $1 per use through JimmyJane. Even after extensive communication with EdenFantasys and even sending them a copy of this review with the assurance that I would be posting it extensively, the company still refused to exchange my item and accused me of 'bullying.' I can only wonder if this company depends on first-time buyers and limited warrantees because their merchandise is substandard quality. If you are spending any ‘respectable’ amount of money on a new purchase, do NOT purchase the item through EdenFantasys! (Incidentally, I was supposed to have received 3 free items with my purchase, but only received 2. One item was 'cancelled' because they were out of stock. Beware of their gimmicks!)"
"I had ordered from here previously, and was satisfied. I went to order again with their Labor Day Sale promotion and after putting together a dream order of over $150, qualifying for 'free gifts' worth $5 and $15 respectively, and found they wouldn't ship to me via anything but USPS, despite the 'free' UPS shipping for orders over a certain amount. In fact, I couldn't even pay for UPS 2 Day shipping, being only given the option of USPS. My post office is a 12 mile, round trip, and as I suffer from a disability, it's more than just an inconvenience to go to it.I was informed there was nothing they could do about this, as it were in their system that way. (A check of the UPS site says that for the 'Domestic Rural' that I'm apparently classified as, there's all of $3 surcharge. Also, UPS delivers to me happily from Amazon Prime).To say I was disappointed would be a grave understatement, especially with the $130+ 'savings' in my cart. EdenFantasys itself really has a nicely arranged website, with valuable product reviews/opinions by buyers. My customer service ticket was responded to promptly and politely, if not very helpfully.I was satisfied with my first order from them. I'm saddened that they're unable to override their system and manually ship as I'd of liked to have ordered from them again."
"DISGUSTING USED TOYS!! I'm so grossed out. I thought I was just being paranoid when I eyed over the suspiciously dusty and haphazardly taped plastic packages for these toys until I saw a PUBIC HAIR inside the plastic box of one of the unopened toys I had bought. I bought 6 toys and they all looked like they had been opened, because of the cloth and tissue lint stuck on them. It is illegal to sell used sex toys and I hope they are shut down. Sure, shipping was great- but WHO CARES when the sex toy is USED?!"
"Probably my favorite adult oriented store. Their web site is EXTREMELY informative and their customer service is first rate. I've placed many orders with them and they always ship fast. The only negative is that their prices are sometimes slightly higher than their competitors (but they do offer a lot of sales and promotions, so sometimes they have the best price). Another cool thing is that they have a "community" forum with lots of information about products (and lots of ideas about many things...)"
