"This is a great company. I order frequently online and almost always have problems with prompt shipping, getting the right product, and customer service. I recently placed an order for an item that I needed within a couple days. They confirmed the order, processed and shipped immediately. I received the item a day sooner than I thought I would get it, and it was the right product. Thank you Eco"

"Order was filled accurately and arrived in two shipments. First shipment arrived in a reasonable amount of time -- the second took a few days longer than usual for ordinary UPS or FedEx ground.

Of course, the delay may not have been the fault of Ecodirect.

Otherwise I am satisfied.

BTW: The "order date" shown below is 04/09/2103. The order date on both packing slips is 04/08/2013."

"easy to work with. chose to purchase from ecodirect because they are in the same county. I attempt to buy from local vendors to do as much as I can to stimulate local economy. Pricing was competitive and products were American made. Service was excellent."

"I ordered the battery monitor (great item to have), but somehow forgot to pick and order the shunt. My Bad !!! I may have missed it, but there should have been another step with a reminder. Now I'm on my second order (plus the extra shipping costs for the 2nd go) filling in the gap. "

"Order processing was excellent, unfortunately wrong tracking number on the SITE caused me delays in receiving the shipment. otherwise customer support, order processing and pricing were very good"

"Placed an order on 9/23/2011. Got an automatic email saying it was being processed immediately and then heard nothing. On 10/10 I called them to ask for an update and they said their computer was down and they would call me back today. No call. Called them back on 10/11 and was told they had issues back when I placed my order and did not get notified about it and it had never been processed. Was told I would get a call back today to see about getting the product shipped. No call. I called back again at the end of the day and was told that the item I purchased had to be custom made (no mention of this, was listed as in stock on their website).

I was able to cancel my order, now almost 3 weeks after placing it, but am back at square one, and my project is behind schedule. Absolutely will not attempt to buy from again."
