"Ordered protable dvd player on Monday, received item on Wednesday with standard shipping. Item arrived in good working condition. Very satisifed with response. Packaging was marginal. Item was inside another box but only had small amount of paper for padding. Only problem I see with this company is that if you have a problem with the item you are on your own. You will not get any help from them. If they would provide some customer support in this area they would be great company to order from. I would be hesitant to order a high dollar item from them because of this."

I think the only problem with sites like ResellerRatings is that people with complaints to make about a company will tend to find their way to a site like this over those who are actually happy with the service - so you don't get a balanced opinion. Maybe eBuyer should direct customers here so they can enter comments, satisfied or not - I think then it would appear that ebuyer, for the occasional mistake it might make, isn't a bad company at all really.

Another recent reviewer bought the same thing and had a positive review so I decided to try them out. I place the order Monday morning (2/16/2004) and paid for ground shipping. Total price came out to be $251.87 as quoted on Epinions.com with shipping and handling. To my pleasant surprise, the monitor was delivered this afternoon (2/17/2004)! Everything was as advertised but the speed of delivery was simply unbeatable! Paid for ground shipping and got delivery the very next day! Your mileage will vary. The item was shipped from one of their warehouse in Georgia. I live in northwest Florida. Very, very please with the whole transaction!"

"I purchased the Logitech Z-2200 speaker system from Ebuyer. The order was processed nearly instantly, and shipped the next day. A few days later, the package was dropped off at my front door by FedEx. Not only did Ebuyer have one of the lowest prices I found on this item, they were fast and the item arrived undamaged. I highly recommend this retailer."
