"I ordered meds from these idiots almost 3 months ago and still nothing from them. I demanded a refund, they say it takes a few days to process a refund. It's been a week and still no refund. These guys are a bunch of ripoffs and their customer service rep "Terry" or "Lee" are of NO help whatsoever. I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO USE THEM. I will try to pursue action against them but not sure what I can do. Any suggestions?"

"ive ordered from easy md for the past 3 years, never had a major issue, once i waited a month while their meds were on order, ive always recieved everything on time and never had a problem with tracking my package. i dont know why youre all whining their prices alone shouldve put a smile on your face, id bet for every time you ordered, you never once left positive feedback. one little bump in the road and youre like cheap bitches whining about waiting a few weeks longer. if you want satisfaction, take your asses to a doctor and go pay REAL PRICES, more than likely, you were banned from your doctors office for complaining. im glad some of you got what you deserve."

"I have used Easy MD for about 2 or 3 years. They are good except that occasionally, the orders take soooooo long to arrive and customer service could care less. They act like I am the problem for wondering where my order is. I have learned to place my next order before my last order even arrives because you never know if it will take 10 days or 3 months. Otherwise, they are pretty good."
"When I saw all the negative reviews I was a bit afraid, now that I finaly got my order, I feel a lot better. I ordered Viagra 100mg (generic), I received Filagra 100mg which is probably the same thing (or better?!) cuz it works very well and I tried with just 1/4 of a pill! girlfriend is happy. So, this company is NOT a Scam, calm down. It just take like a month (to Canada). I ordered December 14th, I got it January 18th (well, holidays certainly delay the shipping). I will definetly order again. It takes a lot of time but in the end, you should get it because it worked for me."
"The customer service at EasyMD is pathetic, they don't care where your order is, they just give you the same excuse, "its coming this week" and it never does. Then they said they reshipped the order to me because it never left their post office. The 2nd order was shipped and it never got to me either. Now they say they are shipping it again, its now June 23rd.I've bought from EasyMD in the past but I won't order from them in the future."

"I ordered some medication from easymd.com. I was really impressed with their prices, and they had free shipping. Along with that they also said it would arrive within 10 business days. So i took out my credit card and ordered the medication that i had in my cart. The medication was on back order and it wasn't until about 2 weeks later that i received an e-mail from the pharmacist saying the order was shipped on jan 10, 2010, and also my credit card was billed.10 business days (2 weeks) went by and it didn't arrive but i decided to give it some more time. 20 business days (4 weeks) went by and i still hadn't seen anything, so i contacted them by the way of their live chat, asking where it was. Their tracking number was no use to me, but they said it was for internal use.They said that since i had not recieved it yet, they would send the order to the pharmacist for re-shipment. I asked, what would happen if my original order comes in while the re-shipment is in the mail? They replied that if such a thing happened i could keep the original shipment as a courtesy. And i was fine with that, so i said ok, re-ship it. After a week with no response or word of shipment, i contacted them and they said that the medication was on back order. By this time i had read a number of reviews on easymd and was a little concerned that i might have been taken for a ride. It was over 7 weeks since i originally ordered, and 5 since it shipped, and i was wanting to see either the product re-shipped or my money back. They told me that it was on back order, then i decided to cancel my order and i wanted my credit card refunded. It was refunded the same day, without hastle or problem, and i was very happy about that. So i went to look for the medication online again. This was about 2 week ago. I went to look for the medication again online, but i could not find a price like easymd's, so i just decided i would have to wait a bit until i have more money and get the medication from a more expensive retailer, one with a higher rep.So, two weeks later, today, i went to my mail box, and lo behold, there was a package in there, and it contained the medication that i had originally ordered, the shipment that became my courtesy shipment. And it was the right ammount i ordered and right medications. I was pretty surprised that it arrived.Well so now i am writing to say that EasyMD is a good company to order medications from. All i can say is don't pay attention to the 10 day shipping time, because in my case it was 7 weeks (36 business days) from the day the order was filled. Also, it appears the package went through customs because it was opened, and sealed again with a custom's sticker, so thats where it was likely held up at. Be sure to give yourself enough time to order a refill, like if your medication is running out in 10 days, you should have ordered from them about 8 weeks prior, to make up for back orders, and shipping and customs.My next order of online medication will most likely be EasyMD again, this time around i will be ordering with ample time to spare."
"If you want a refund call Instabill (their processing company--Their # is 603-436-1270. EasyMD is a scan, but the company that processes their payments is legitamite. I received my refund the next day. If you explain your situation, they will refund you. EasyMD will never tell you this info, because they like to steal peoples money!"
"EasyMD is a rip-off. I ordered meds from them on August 7 2009 and have not received them by September 21, 2009. When I requested a refund the told me that their e-check processor was not working. Warning! Never do busuness with this company."
"EasyMD is an odd company. My girlfriend placed an order and everything went well. I, unfortunately, never received anything. Worse, i was told inconsistent information, which makes me think the company just makes things up. I would not at all recommend them - the risk is too great."
"HORRRRRRIBLE!!!! i placed my order on August 3, 2009 for Plavix. Seemed like a good price. It is September 13th and I have still not received my order. I called 2-3 weeks later and was told my order was on back order for an unknown expected date of arrival. They informed me that their pharmacist emailed me notifying me, but no one did. Finally after a month, I get an email that my order has been shipped and it has been 13 days since item was supposedly shipped. I keep checking the order status and it does give me a tracking number. When I tried to check the tracking, it could not identify the number. When I asked customer service, they said my order did not get scanned. Upon date of supposed shipment, they charged my credit card. I call and speak with the customer service and they say is I apologize and sorry for your inconvenience. That does not help at all. I am unsure if I will ever get my package, but I am pretty frustrated and will not use this company again. GOOD LUCK if you do."
"Horrible experience, most likely out over a hundred dollars. had used them in the past with no issues, this time their live chat reps were hostile, defensive and had no clue as to where my order was after waiting over 30 days. Was eventually assured a reship but to this day have no confirmation number and company does not respond to emails nor has it refunded purchase price. I have ordered medications online for years this was my first bad experience with any website."
