From their customer service to the shipping, they were able to view and resolve any questions and issues I encountered. However.. The site does have a few technical issues. Note, that sometimes the items you place in your online 'Bag' aren't always saved. So it is very important you double check your order before making your payment. I made this mistake once and they were immediately able to combine my orders without charging me twice for shipping. Also I had to replace an order because it was out of stock and not updated on their site, they did this at no extra cost to me. Other than that, I would definitely shop here again and again. "Eastclothes is truly excellent, it has inspired me to more shopping online. Payment was really smooth and easy, it worked great with paypal. I got the packages really fast (which has like... never happened before). Their clothes are lovely, but they could expand their selection a bit if you ask me. They write out all measurements of the clothes and it's so helpful. One skirt I bought was a bit poorly sewn, but the rest was fine. The website is well designed and it's easy to find your way. The filters was great, and made it go quickly. Two things I ordered was not in stock but I got my money back and it went really swiftly. I'm definitely going to shop more at Eastclothes, it's a very safe and good web shop and I recommend it!"
