When the time came to buy, the usual price compare sites (Price Grabber, etc.) showed prices from multiple on line providers. I found East Coast almost by accident - but they had the absolute lowest price on the TV I selected and all of the alternates. But without the \u0022security\u0022 offered by the established on-line players, I was a little concerned. After speaking with my sales rep, I was quickly satisfied. Placed the order for the 6500 and then received a call about 40 minutes later. My rep suggested I look at the PN58C7000. While I had ruled out 3D, he suggested that for only $70 more I could get the 3D and the result was an enhanced 2D picture and when 3D gets more mainstream - I\u0027ll be ready. (BTW: the price for the 7000 was lower the the other sites for the 6500). I went for it and couldn\u0027t be happier. TV was delivered 4 days later. The delivery guys called the day before and showed up when they said they would, brought it in, unboxed it and made sure it worked. From start to finish, East Coast did a great job. I suggested them to co-worker who was in the market. He did his research ordered with them also. It was delivered yesterday and he is very happy. And the following morning I got a call from their own shipping company to schedule the delivery for the same day (I live in NY). Two days from placing the order to the delivery!
