We would like to inform the other shoppers that this customer was shipped on time, the trucking company did reschedule his delivery but they still delivered within the 10 business days as advertised. The part that was missing was the HDMI cables that were sent overnight via FedEx. "I am working with their manager Tony regarding this situation. He is doing what he can to fulfill my order in a timely manner as this is a new released product. I believe the matter will be resolved this week. I order a new model Sony XBR 60LX900 from East Coast on July 24th since they had a good price, but also indicated In-Stock, which was the main thing. I ordered with White Glove delivery and they said I'll have it in 1-5 days. "
