I did my research WELL in advance (60\u0022 Samsung ... I initially started out wanting a 46\u0022 Sony but after about 5 years, I realized I was selling myself short :P) so there were some things I wanted clarification on. I read the reviews here completely, especially the negative ones. <br>I was contacted by Tony the same day I placed the order asking if I wanted it shipped faster or white-glove. I said it was ok as I was in no rush. He was cordial and friendly and accepted my answer.<br>They sent me emails indicating its travel situation and the carrier that was shipping it. I verified there was no additional shipping charge. <br>The shipper was exceptional (AMTrucking is excellent) and the shippers delivered it into my office space so I could check it out where the ground wasn\u0027t wet from a storm 30 minutes prior. They were cordial and friendly. The call center at AMTrucking was also fantastic and let me know where the truck was when I called and then allowed me to change my contact number in the middle of the shipment.<br>Absolutely will do business with EastCoast TV again.<br>For those with negative reviews, if you want an item shipped to you immediately and you get grumpy because they don\u0027t instantly respond, go to BB and buy it off the shelf. If you want to buy something inexpensively, cut the dealer some slack and be patient. Although I was leery dealing with an unknown, I took the jump because of the protections provided with a credit card sale. BUT, such precautions turned out to be unnecessary. They were also available to answer questions I had before and after delivery. Although the box showed some rough handling in transit via FedEx, the additional box and bubble pack added to Samsung\u0027s carton protected the TV. Ordered a LG 55\u0022 LM8600 on the 27th. Shipping to Wisconsin has been confirmed with AM Delivery for the 15th - 3 weeks after placing the order with \u0022Express Shipping\u0022 for another $100.00. After many calls to confirm bogis dates Tony said he would refund the \u0022Express Shipping\u0022 charges. I will be confirming that credit prior to receipt on the 15th. I am alittle less nervous about the quality of the products after reading these reviews. Having a \u0022Man Cave\u0022 without a big screen is like an empty beer can from the factory. I will update if we accept the order.<br><br>Here\u0027s an update - Tony is taking care of me and has credited my express shipping. He has set-up the White Glove shipping so I have no problems.
