To prove this, we will publicly announce to this customer that we would be more than happy to provide a $100.00 store credit to him whereby he may purchase any software title from our store.
We would not knowingly sell any ounterfiet items, and in this software business it is becoming increasingly dificult to determine the origional from the fakes.
We do care about every customer, whihc is why we will pay the $600.00 per year it costs for a Platnum Resellerratings account so we can reply and work with each and every customer to bring about a satisfactory solution to their problem.

posted Jun-28-2004 “We sell two version of this software. We advised them that it was the academic version PRIOR to them purchasing as it is much cheaper. They purchased anyway. After recieveing they wanted to exchange for the full retil version. Our return policies do not allow for the retun of opened software, and so they leave this false review stating that we deal in piracy!!??! If we did we would be out of business in 15 minutes as our website would be shut down immediately. We have over 2000 new customers every month. Do good and no one notices..have a problem and they tell everyone.”

I ordered an OEM version of Quicken Deluxe 2004 for a fraction of the cost of the boxed version. It installed without a problem, and the Quicken website recognized it as authentic. Their paperwork is good and delivery was timely.
Shipping charges are a bit high, but total costs are lower than competitors
