We would not knowingly sell any ounterfiet items, and in this software business it is becoming increasingly dificult to determine the origional from the fakes.
We do care about every customer, whihc is why we will pay the $600.00 per year it costs for a Platnum Resellerratings account so we can reply and work with each and every customer to bring about a satisfactory solution to their problem.

"I purchased from this company, then I immediately emailed them to cancel the order. They never replied and sent the item anyway. Now I have to return the product.
Luckily I won't be charged the 15% restocking fee as they stated.

I have YET to receive the refund they promised to me via email on 12/2/04. I emailed them wondering where the refund and have yet to receive a reply."
