reply posted Jan-28-2013 “Hello Mr. Steffler, I am sorry that you feel that way. We tried to remedy your situation with your International Freight Duty Fees but that was not under our control. You agreed to accept our Refund of $35.00 which was to offset some of those fees. I appologize that we could not satisfy your requests, however, we did come to an aggrement that we did honor. I hope you will give us another try in the future.”
"They're 100% interested in their bottom line over ethical business practices or customer satisfaction. WATCH OUT for these guys, they WILL unabashedly rip you off and then fail to own up to their own lack of ethics.
Edit: In response to their response - we did not "come to an agreement";, you offered a fraction of the amount you ripped me off back, and said "take it or leave it, we're not talking about this any more." Very poor ethics and customer relations. Keep on arguing, you will just expose yourselves more for the irresponsible and greedy company you are."
