"I ordered two inkjets November of 2006! They never came! To date (August 2008), I have not been reimbursed. Everytime I called, I was given the runaround. They would not respond to my emails. I repeatedly tried calling and emailing and talking to whomever was in charge, but they never sent the items or reimbursed me the $45. I just emailed last week, to the "new website" called Inkjet 5. No response. Avoid these people!"
"Apparently this company is now ink jets 5. I ordered from them, my credit card was charged, but I didn't receive the merchandise. I e-mailed and called them multiple times but was continually given the run-around. I clicked on the link recently to ez inkjets and was redirected to ink jets 5. I called the number listed and was told they are not ezinkjets, they just purchased their database. But when you enter the url ezinkjets.com you end up at their site, inkjets5.com, so they must have purchased the company. I told the fellow they must be liable for ezinkjets orders. He said no, but gave me the number for a Dr. Holt who he said was handling litigation against ezinkjets. I called him but he never returned the call. I didn't expect that he would, as this is more smoke and mirrors from the company that was ezinkjets. Good luck on ordering from this company, a ripoff company by any other name will still rip you off."
"I do not recommend! Previously I ordered from this company and recieved quality product in a timely fashion. This time I ordered cartridges on 4/2/2007. My credit card was charged that day and the online system showed my product was shipped on 4/4/2007. After two weeks I still had gotten nothing and I live less the 30 miles from Ezinkjets facility. I emailed them numerous times and never recieved a response. Most phone calls to Ezinkjets went either unanswered or were answered by an automated system. The few times I spoke to a human I was told either their system was down and I would need to call back or the product was on backorder and would be shipped shortly. After another week of waiting i finally tried again and got the system is down story again. I finally reversed the charges on my credit card but I have yet to see the money back at this point."
"Wow, what can I say? I ordered something from them on the 26th of March and they said it was "shipped" the next day. Finally got through to them after they didn't answer my emails and their phone line was busy. They told me I would receive my refund in 10-15 business days and I never did. I contacted my credit card company and they will now be refunding my money and "disputing" with EZINKJETS.com All I have to say is the following:DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! ALL OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO TELL YOU THAT!! IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ORDERED FROM THEM AND THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU A REFUND OR ANSWER EMAILS, CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO FILE A DISPUTE. ALSO FILE A COMPLAIN WITH THE FTC TO SHUT THESE GUYS DOWN!!"
"Terrible. Charged my cc the day I ordered it, now almost a month later I can not get a response and no item, has been disputed with my cc company. Sometimes their phone number is busy for days, and today it said it was not in service."
"This store is a fraud. They charge your card immediately and forget about you. They ignore requests for status updates and to refund money. They seems to make a profit off people too lazy to dispute the charges with CC."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!Ordered 3 pack, 1 color, 2 blk on 3/14/07. After 2 1/2 weeks sent e-mail inquiry and told order takes up to 12 BUSINESS days. After 15 business days again e-mailed complaint. Next day rec'd same "small % not received" explanation and promise of shipment. 4/10/07 received package requiring sigature for receipt. After signing, I opened and found only 1 of the 3 items ordered. Now I'm sure they will claim the package was my entire order. I have refuted the charge with my CC company. We'll just have to see how this turns out."
"Ordered on Feb 11, received shipment email on Feb 26, filed complaint on March 8th, received automated message March 9th, shipping department followed up on March 14 indicating they would trace and re-ship. E-mailed new complaint March 27th and March 30th. Phoned them April 9th and their records show no complaint filed - they will ship today. I've been had. "
"After waiting for 10 or so days with no delivery of my cartridge, I googled the company and found this site and read the reviews. After reading the reviews, I decided to wait till after 30 days and then dispute the charge with my credit card company. Strangely a few days after that, I get an email saying that they have now shipped my cartridge and there was an explanation that said:-------------------------------------------------IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:It has come to our attention that a small percentage of our packageshave not been delivered to our costomers and consequently have beensent back to our facility. We have corrected the cause of the problemand our fullfillment crew is working extra hard to re-ship those packages in question. If you happen to be one of these unfortunatecustomers please be aware that your items has been reshipped and a delivery confirmation number has been generated for your package. Estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days, depending on the methodof shipment and your distance from our Southern California warehouse.-------------------------------------------------So I guess that it's comming....don't know. I had already ordered from another co and got it in 3 days so I will never order from ezinkjets again reguardless of how this order works out.The reason why I ordered from them in the first place is becuase I had them bookmarked for some time. They were once a good company and given a good review so I though that I would try them.UPDATE: 3/20/07Well I got it today. I don't know how good (or bad) it is cause I don't need it now cause I have another one that I bought while I was waiting for 2 months for this one. So I won't be opening it up to see. Hopefully when I need it, it'll work cause sending it back isn't an option."

"I feel, after review of other customers problems, very fortunate to recieve my order. Like others I ordered on 12/15/06 and recieved a conformation e-mail on 12/15/06 saying the order had been shipped. After repeated phone calls and bogus lying e-mails we recieved our order on 2/14/07. This company is pathetic and love to lie to people in order to keep your money. Stay away at all costs."
"I ordered a Dell cartridge on December 7, 2006.After >3 weeks, I contacted them on their website form asking where my order is.On January 2, I got a call from Ezinkjets that my order will ship on January 8.I get a email later that my order shipped on January 29. Today on February 7 my order has arrived with the correct cartridge. However the packaging label says "Postage paid FEB 5 2007" and the cartridge itself has a sticker with the date 02-02-07. It didn't ship January 29, but just that I live really close to where they are.Overall, I got my order after two months and got the correct cartridge. After reading other people's experiences I feel I got out lucky. Their cheap prices attracted me to buy but because their company seems so shady and unreliable, I will not order again."
"Ordered a set of Cannon BCI-6 catridges on 1/7/2007. My credit card was charged for the full amount on the same day. Received e-mail from Co. confirming that my order has been received and shipping will be on 1/8/07. Received another e-mail 2 weeks later stating that there have been problems with shipping and that my order will be shipped on 1/29/07.To this date I have not received my order. Phone call to them told me that they have shipped on 1/29/07.What strikes me strange is that my credit card was billed by:Cristina and Co. 805-524-2778 CA. rather than EZINKJETS.I think I have been scammed. Is there some kind of legal action lthat one can take? Perhaps class action or similar?Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES order from this company.Update!After 7 weeks and two previous bogus shipping dates I finally received my order on 2/23/07.The cartridges look ok (Canon - Generic, made in China). Since I was unable to wait for my order to arrive I was forced to order from another company. At this time I have not used any of the cardridges. I will report on their performance once I have put them to use.Based on the poor delivery and previous bogus shipping info I will most likely not order from this Co. again."
"Do not order from this band of thieves!!!! It took a month to get my order--THEN I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRINT CARTRIDGES, which I returned. I was promised a refund and have called may times and have been given VARIOUS EXCUSES and each time was assured that the refund was coming.IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND STILL NO REFUND!! Avoid this "company"!!!!!!!!!!!"
"WARNING; REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION @ 877-382-4357. They need multiple complaints to investigate and shut down this company. They have failed to deliver, respond to the BBB, and issue promised refund. My credit card company was able to get through twice, even though I have not been able to reach the company, and they promised her twice they would send the refund. This has been going on since August 2006. The FTC needs your complaints to shut these people down."
