"Excaliber is ok. I liked everything about their shipping and selection, but their customer service is definitely sub-par. I didn't realize that their policy on memory, cpus and hard drives was not to accept any returns at all so i bought some nicely priced DDR2 from them. When I experienced some issues and wanted to return it, I was disappointed with their service dept's lack of interest in helping me out. I don't intend to deal with them in the future as their objective is to make an extra buck on every sale rather than serve their customers well. Newegg it is."
