I am very pleased by my shopping experience with EXcaliberPC.com. I ordered a SPIDIF header to output digital sound. USPS lost the original shipment and EXcaliberPC.com immediately shipped a replacement upon my notifying them of the issue, no questions asked.  
 
3 days later I found both the original and replacement shipment in my mailbox. So 3 days for shipment 2 and 13 for shipment 1. A+ for EXcaliberPC.com. F for USPS.  
 
I notified EXcaliberPC.com that I in fact received both items and they said to just keep them both. Can't beat that!

Great Service. I emailed about a Laptop, and got a response that said a newer product would be launched the following week. I was very excited to get my laptop and didn't want to wait a week and considered buying it from another source. I couldn't find a good deal in a week, and the new product launched. The specs were ridiculous and the price was very good. I was antsy about waiting for my shipment and Allen set up a time for me to go pick up my laptop from him same day (I live in Northern California where he's located) and then refunded my shipping charge. You can't ask for better service than that. The laptop itself is incredible. I would recommend EXcaliberPC to family and friends.

These exceeded my expectations of a company. While a little apprehensive of ordering from another country (im from Scotland) They have made the process worth while. When the wire transfer caused me problems (due to my bank and nothing to do with Excaliberpc) they quickly and painlessly resolved the problem. I would definately purchase again from this store.  
 
Their customer support is outstanding in this age of ignoring the very people who can make a business and has restored my faith that some actually can do it right.

The order was for two items that showed as in-stock. Items did not ultimately ship until July 11th, 7 days after placing the order. Repeated calls to ExcaliberPC revealed that they "forgot" to transfer the items to the shipping warehouse -- several times. Given that ground shipping and handling charges exceeded $28.00; I would have expected more expeditious handling on their end.

I had the same fears and doubts you may be experiencing. I wanted the EEE PC-900 and ExCaliberPC showed it as in stock but I had never heard of them. I finally made up my mind to place the order. When it arrived I immediately installed XP on it and my troubles began. After several re-installs, the problem did not go away. I called and they issued an RMA. After a week of waiting cause I shipped it "ground" an ASUS tech called me and said they could find nothing wrong and would be shipping it back to me. I called ExCaliberPC and explained the reason for my RMA. An extremely knowledgeable person named Stephen listened carefully and determined I wasn't crazy, I just had a problem with the computer reading the 16GB secondary drive. The very next day via FedEx Overnight I received another "brand new" unit and it works flawlessly. The people at ExCaliberPC are top notch and very customer service oriented. I will buy from them again and want you to feel 100% safe and secure dealing with them. They are Number 1 in my book.

My order was placed as a pre-order. I had never done business with ExCaliberPC before so I was a bit anxious. I shouldn't have been.  
 
Shipping notification arrived in my e-mail inbox, and I was able to track it until it arrived. The order arrived well-packed.  
 
I would definitely do business with EXcaliberPC again. I have recommended them to some of my co-workers and friends already.

Just got the f9dc-b1 few days ago for my sis... she's very happy about her first ever lappy for her.. hehehe.. thanks to excaliberpc that she found lappy+price that she wants for her.. hehehe.. she has a tight bugdet and very demanding.. but excaliberpc provides it.. i'll recommend this website if you want to buy an asus lappy for you...

I bought an ASUS laptop from EXcaliberPC on May 11 2008, and it arrives in Singapore today on May 20.  
It took only 9 days (including weekend) from ordering until I get my laptop. I'd say it's comparable with buying on "normal" store here...  
EXcaliberPC also very helpful in guiding me through the whole process and it's been a great experience, especially because this is my first time buying quite an expensive items from overseas.  
 
Overall.. I would highly recommend EXcaliberPC and will definitely buy from them again in the future.

These guys are very understanding of customer needs. I bought an Asus s96s notebook from them, and found out that it really didn't support the Intel t9300. Getting an RMA was no trouble from their site, and I went on ahead and ordered the s96sp (Santa Rosa Refresh) from them because I knew it would get to me quickly.

2nd time shopping with excaliberpc. Though there were a few problems with the shipping, apparently at the shipping company, excaliber sent it via 2 day air, all at their cost. Right prices, right service, and a good website too. Complicated systems are very irritating, but excaliber has a very easy to use system, which is important for me.  
Overall, a 8/10 rating.

I should have purchased from ExcaliberPC.com from the very beginning instead of wasting my time with other on line merchants. ExaliberPC is a legitimate and very professional company that will execute orders promptly and without delay. ExcaliberPC sales and customer service will give you a personable and very customer oriented experience. I ordered an Asus notebook PC that was originally a pre-order item. ExcaliberPC was one of the first on line stores to receive the new notebook Asus since they are located very close to Asus in California. ExcaliberPC accurately reflects product availability in real-time and even tells you how many they have left in stock. If you provide them with a work email address your credit card orders will be verified quick and without delay. ExcaliberPC does not have the best prices but they don't have the highest prices. Price is average. I wish they had a price match system. If you want your order to arrive fast and are willing to pay a little extra you can feel safe and secure ordering from ExcaliberPC.com. I highly recommend this store.
