"My friend recommended you guys to me. I was buying my first NAS and wanted a no hassle experience. I only wanted to get it, turn it on, install the software and run with it.
Excalibur PC's order was worth every penny. I got my NAS, plugged it in and all was well. The learning curve for the software was on my end. From a hardware perspective and even the basic setup of the NAS, Excalibur exceeded my expectations.
I did not have to call in for support, so I cannot comment on that. However, I feel confident that this will be a non-issue if I ever have to reach out to the Excalibur PC team for help.
