I made an international order(to Poland) with excaliberpc and I must say I am very satisfied with the service.  
It was fast, the package was ready to be picked up from the customs service 4 days after shipping. Everything was tightly packed and my laptop arrived in perfect condition.  
On the other hand, I recieved an order confirmation instead of an invoice but it was only a mistake and a proper document was sent to me immediately after I called.

Hands down, the best customer service. As the Shipping and IT manager here at my office, I need this laptop for not only managing our UPS and Invoicing, but for the maintenance of a website I will be putting together for my boss. Rachelle and Steve very quickly resolved a few issues that the order ran into and will have the laptop to me probably by the end of this week.

I had nothing but a first class experience with this store. It was my first order with them and I ordered an expensive item, which was promptly shipped and delivered in perfect condition. The communication and status information was also very good.

Had to call them to get my item actually shipped and out of "ready to be packed" status. Getting somebody to answer the phone also took a couple of tries, as their phone system rings customer service 4 times and then pops you into voicemail. However, once I got somebody on the line ("Rachelle"), she was very helpful and responsive. When they promise to call back, they actually do follow up; that's not always the case elsewhere. Item arrived well-packed and much earlier than expected (partly because the warehouse stats on the website are inaccurate).

I had some wireless issues right out of the box with Asus F8Va-B1 laptop. It did not see my Wireless N and would not connect to my G. Contacted Asus and they had me send it in, they keep it for a week and returned it with same issues. I contacted EXcaliberPC and they immediately offered a RMA on unit and a full refund which I applied to the purchase of F8Va-C1. Received PC, works great, one powerful little laptop. EXcaliberPC is an outstanding company to deal with and definitely near the top of my “Approved Vender List”

I had searched all over the internet for a new ASUS Computer - model M70Vm-C1. ExcaliberPC was the first of all other places to receive this wonderful machine. I am very pleased by my shopping experience with EXcaliberPC.com. I ordered a SPIDIF header to output digital sound. USPS lost the original shipment and EXcaliberPC.com immediately shipped a replacement upon my notifying them of the issue, no questions asked.  
 
3 days later I found both the original and replacement shipment in my mailbox. So 3 days for shipment 2 and 13 for shipment 1. A+ for EXcaliberPC.com. F for USPS.  
 
I notified EXcaliberPC.com that I in fact received both items and they said to just keep them both. Can't beat that!

Great Service. I emailed about a Laptop, and got a response that said a newer product would be launched the following week. I was very excited to get my laptop and didn't want to wait a week and considered buying it from another source. I couldn't find a good deal in a week, and the new product launched. The specs were ridiculous and the price was very good. I was antsy about waiting for my shipment and Allen set up a time for me to go pick up my laptop from him same day (I live in Northern California where he's located) and then refunded my shipping charge. You can't ask for better service than that. The laptop itself is incredible. I would recommend EXcaliberPC to family and friends.
