"I was extremely disappointed in the service of the website and misleading information it contained. I ordered a computer from ExcaliberPC and it was in stock. However, ExcaliberPC did not inform me that this product was actually out of stock (in fact they no longer even carried the product at all) until the the day after I ordered and after they had already charged my account for the order. However, after recieving an email the day after notifying me of this, I went back onto their website and it still clearly said that they had the product in stock. It wasnt until after I called their customer service center that they finally decided to correct the misleading information on the website. This normally would not have been a problem but I am in the military and time is a luxury that I cherish because I do not get a lot of it, and this blatant disregard for the value of my time and charging my account for a product they no longer had angered me to the point where I will no longer purchase products from lying websites and greedy businesses who charge for products they do not have, like ExaliberPC, in the future. "

"I have bought a couple products from EXcaliberPC.com over the past few years. I am satisfied with my experience with them. While not as quick as I might have liked, they did actually respond to my email inquiries - all too often these days email inquiries result in nothing more than a form-letter response - even worse often saying nothing more than "please call us". EXCaliburPC did respond with a personal note answering my questions. Additionally, their prices have been good, and they have delivered my items very promptly. I really appreciated how they shipped the item from a local warehouse in the Bay Area, so I got it very quickly for a nominal shipping fee. I'll very likely buy from them again in the future."

"A shopping google search for the new Asus VG278H Monitor showed that EXcaliberPC.com was one of only a handful of companies where this product was available. Amazon had listed it and taken it down, Newegg had it on backorder and several other larger companies had not even listed it. Because I had never heard of EXcaliberPC and I am always cautious about buying over the internet, I checked the review sites before pulling the trigger on this purchase (in the $600-$700 range).

Reviews are mostly positive but the few negative ones had me a bit concerned. I knew I was using a credit card and Paypal offered another layer of protection. I decided to give it a try and placed the order on November 21, 2011. Later that day, I noticed that my order was updated to shipped but still awaiting a tracking number. I'm patient, so I waited. The next morning I noticed that the transaction caused a fraud alert notification with my credit card company (I like that they are watching out for my account). I cleared the alert and decided to call EXcaliberPC to make sure everything was in order on their end (my account still said it was awaiting a tracking number).

I called their customer service number and spoke with a representative who assured me that all was in order and I should be receiving a tracking number in a matter of hours. HERE IS WHY I'M TAKING THE TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW! Not only did I get sent the tracking number as she had promised, but when I went to identify the delivery date Fedex had the shipment on their truck for delivery that day! From placing an order to receiving the item- approximately 27 hours. (City of Industry, CA to Las Vegas, NV)

For anyone on the fence with EXcaliberPC- I gave them a try and I'm glad I did. And it won't be the last time I turn to this company. Thank you guys for such a pleasant experience! "

"I ordered an ASUS G74sx-DH72 on last Tuesday a.m. Steve was nice enough to take my call- even though I didn't realize that phone lines open at 10 a.m. and not at 8. Online chat, however was open and from that he got my number and called me in a few seconds. By Thursday noon I had my machine. I am thrilled at the way it was double boxed and factory sealed just like Steve assured me it would be. Everything about the computer is just as advertised on the website. They were one of the few sites I was able to learn if the keyboard is backlit or not (it is). It took a very short while during the ordering process to make sure my address and debit card address were the same and that I was a legitimate buyer whose debit card info, etc. all checked out. I was not put off by that whatsoever. I felt that if they were checking me out as legitimate - then that indicated to me that they were professional and good business people. I can honestly say that I've never had a more satisfying online purchase experience and happiness with the product. THANKS STEVE AND ALL THE GOOD FOLKS AT ExCaliberPC "

"EXcaliber PC review.Excaliber carries top of the line computers By MSI. The price is awesome. I like they are a local company. The reviews on their site are all positive. That says a lot about a Company these days.In my case I recieved my laptop in just 2 days.Another reason I like doing business with local companies.Excaliber carries The Right king of computers for gamers in my case"

"I was sent a defective product originally, and was pissed off that I had to pay for return shipping, but after talking with the manager (who was very sympathetic and apologetic) refunded me for MORE than the shipment back actually cost.

Customer service appears to be their main priority and despite the original mishap I would highly recommend this seller. I got a great price for a great product and am overall happy with this transaction"

"They have partnering warehouses all over the USA with current stock indication on their website.
I placed an international order and paid by Wire Transfer - they don't accept Int credit cards not even PayPal. Perhaps one of their weak points.
Part of my order contained a ASUS MB with the new Intel Sandy Bridge chip. A few days later Intel announced the flaw with the chip and the plan to withdraw all boards from distribution to implement a "fix". I requested Excaliberpc to hold on to my order untill the new revision (fixed) MB become available from Asus. They did so promptly.

My order was ready to ship in April (not Excaliberpc's fault of course) but by then, the memory I had ordered was sold out. They requested that I select a different memory, which I did, but it was about US10.00 more expensive than the one I originally selected. They made no fuss about this. Because the memory was available in their Chicago IL store (the main order was to be shipped from probably what was their main California warehouse), I had to wait extra 3-4 days for the transfer of the newly selected memory. During all this time, the sales manager was in constant contact with me (via e-mail) updating me on the process and showing genuine desire to ship the order soonest.

From my experience I draw a conclusion that they don't seem to hold on to available parts for you while waiting for a warehouse transfer or the arrival of a new product in their inventory, so by the time they receive it you might be missing one of the "available" parts which could have been sold out meanwhile. Well this is what I felt happened. Other than that it's all 5 stars.

Shipping was fast. Customer service is excellent and e-mail replies were always fast - same day or the next due to the time difference.
The sales manager even removed the shipping costs from the final invoice to help avoid it being included on the customs tax calculation in my country (sometimes the customs officials incorrectly calculate the duties using the total invoice amount, which often includes the shipping charges).
Strongly recomend them for bussiness."

"ExcaliberPC offers some of the best prices on the internet.
You'll receive your product very quickly.
They provide courteous and prompt support by email.

I had a problem with my Mic jack on my newly purchased netbook but ExcaliberPC kindly exchanged it for a new one after the manufacturer's tech support was unable to fix the issue.

Good reliable seller, I'll be buying my next PC from them again."
