"1. Date of shipment when ups or other carrier picks up at the warehouse should be noted in order comments. This would be a helpful aspect to when our customers reply we at least can gauge arrival by date shown when it left the warehouse. 2. Shipping rates seem at least 20% high, sometimes the shipping is higher the product cost therefore not making it feasible to sell. 3. Resellers code does not work this needs to be fixed. It is a pain when you are not online to get help and when emailed for assistance a 2 day reply is not a good turn around especially when you are trying to please customers on our end. We need faster response times. Customers can not be left standing wondering whats going on. 4. Should be a standard set of shipping rates that can be applied and accessible to us through the back office when logged on. This way we have a general rule to apply shipping charges to products as we put them on our websites."
"I am very please with the way they handled my request. The sent me an email stating that my order had been placed and they also sent me an email stating when my order had been shipped and when it should arrive. I am very please and would receommend them to all of my friends."

"Patment made by wire transfer since paypal or visa was not available.It was the worst case I ever had. Money never arrived I had to go many times in my bank to find out why, I was told something about currency exchange but the think is that I had to add more noney to send because I "loosing" funds during that wxcgange via so many banks I had to go to make the payment. Banks wire transfer costs alot and it isnot worth it.I never pay other way than paypal or at worst with visa since then..."
"I had a bad experience with purchase from this outfit. They are located in Calgary,AB (so am I) and after calling them to ask about an item that I was interested in (DRIVEWAY PATROL INFRARED WIRELESS ALERT SYSTEM (Model: TV3731). The salesman asked me to go ahead and place the order online and told me that the items usually ship from the US and the shipping cost will be added when I place the order. I agreed to the terms and went ahead with the order.The item price is 14.99 U$ and the shipping was charged at 23.59 U$. A few weeks later, I received a note in the mail from Canada Post to come and pickup my item. I was surprised to see that the item in the customs declaration form filled by the shipper is priced at 180 U$ (while the item is only 14.99 U$) As a result, I had to pay customs of 23 C$ based on the item declared price. To find out the source of this problem, I have tried to contact the company www.ewis.ca MANY MANY times by phone and email and left many messages. but never got a reply and it seems they totally vanished!
