They had the best price for this item. I noticed that they had only responded 1 time for all the reviews in which the majority were negative. I have ordered from some stores that have had bad reviews before but I am willing to give businesses a chance. I ordered this on the sixth of November 2011 in the morning and I received it today the ninth of November 2011. The product was very well protected by packing materials and a strong cardboard box. The time for an internet purchase to delivery was extremely fast. Of course I was lucky as to the shipping time. It was sent through FedEx from NJ to NY. If you are willing to give them a chance you could have a positive experience like mine. "If you are thinking about shopping with Erwincomp because they offer your desired item at the lowest price, STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Despite what their site says, I can guarantee you they have oversold and are out of the item. Because their entire business is a cluster-F, they will not communicate this fact to you until 5-7 days after your credit charge has been charged...when they cancel your order...as "customer request." If you try to reach the company by phone, you will be greeted with 20 minutes of holding and having your ears musically water-boarded by Coldplay until the line drops...EVERY TIME. I eventually attempted to connect with their "extensions," just to make sure I had actually purchased from a human company (and not Skynet). After a few random guesses, I was successful with the "6-4-8" extension combination (I think). I then promptly left several lengthy voicemails consisting only of Coldplay songs off of YouTube. This company is why New Jersey should be forcibly removed from the US map.
