"Ordered BFG 5900. Fedex picked up package and lost it after being scanned at warehouse. ENPC refuses to refund money. Says product is discontinued(BS) and I have to file claim with Fedex to get my money back.
Update: Filed claim w/ Fedex then ordered another card elsewhere. Fedex arrives 2 days later w/ a package from ENPC which I thought was another shipment. After peeling off barcode label I found my original "lost" tracking# underneath. Card packaging inside was beat up. One heatsink pin was busted and floating around inside and card was also DOA. Had to spend more money to return it to BFG."

BUT... although FedEx shows the tracking number in their system, the package appears to have never left the location. I have FedEx investigating the situation now. I just noted that this same situation happened to another ENPC customer too. Could be a ENPC error or could be a FedEx mess-up, we will see. I have contacted ENPC twice via email and no one has taken the initiative to help get it straightened out, ENPC just directs back to FedEx. The jury is out on this one and I will try to update this as the situation developes. For now... NO VIDEO CARD but I've paid for it."
"I ordered a 5600 Ultra from ENPC.com because it was the cheapest card I had found. Initially I was pretty skeptical because the tracking number they gave me was not valid. I emailed them after about three days and they replied that it should show up in about two days. Sure enough...even though UPS had no record of the number it was here in five business days. Card was new retail version and is working like a charm. Don't be scared away by the trakcing number thing...kinda nerve racking but I am sure I will ordering again real soon. Thank you ENPC.com!"
"GREAT!! Here we go: I search pricewatch.com for the product I want I order it I put in the comments that I called someone and they said that since i found it on pricewatch i would get free next day within a few min i get a phone call saying that they dont do that and that my order was on hold i called back and we cleared it up (i went with ground which wasnt a big prob for me) by MONDAY i got it (4 days, 2 of which were non-working) it came in a brown box, sealed, with the originial software in a neat lil pouch right next to it when i called, tech support was very courteous (sp?) and helpful
i would buy from these people any day, great prices, service, shipping times, EVERYTHING"

My client was impressed and very satified wid the services, cuz of the product descriptions, etc.... I've dealt wid this company before. couple of times. and they have never let me down. the shipping if you chose ground it comes to you like a day from tomorrow. So imagine if you order it overnite. LOL. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I already do this wid all of my clients. If you have any questions their support department respond to you like within 10 mins. which other company does that ? the only thing I wish they have are the high-end tweeking and modding kits tools, and parts. "

"I have a mixed expirience with this company. I've ordered Logitech Optical Freedom Wireless mice/motherboard combo and as a separate order the POWMAX power supply. POWMAX was shipped the next day prompty and quickly but Logi combo suddenly showed as a backorder on the 3rd day of processing. However on their front page and even right on the same "Order status" page on the right frame they are still advertising this bundle with "Buy now" button! Their representative was unable to tell me something reasonable about it.. She mumbled about "it will probably be available in a couple of days". Gee, this is a "Backordered" button, not a "Buy now"!. Another catch was their shipping. At pricewatch they show their price as $5-$10 and ask to mention it. I've selected the cheapest method (UPS ground) and I did mention pricewatch' ad... I've been charged $7.5 "'cause you're in California and we're in New York". Nice catch. It is highly unlikely I'd do any business with them again..."

"I purchased a Voodoo5 5500 video card from these fellows. I received it within a week at their cheapest shipping rate (~$10). The card was in perfect condition and works as expected. Good job!!!
I also liked the fact that I could track my order through a link in the confirmation email they sent. Groovy, baby!!!"
"This was the cheapest place I could get the Geforce2 Ultra with 64mb DDR ram. It only cost about $85 or so. Anyway, the website was quick and easy and it was here before I knew it. I would recommend these people to anybody."
"Be carefull if you have a seperate shipping address.
I tried ordering a drive from ENPC, but my order was put on hold because the shipping address was different than the billing address. The email said to contact my credit card company and set one up - so I replied and said I had already done so before I placed my order. After waiting half a day without a responce, I tried emailing their service address. The next day at noon I still hadn't heard back, the phone number on their website is aparantly not toll-free, so I said to heck with it and ordered it elsewhere.
When I cancled the order they send me 3 replys and called me at home to confirm that the order had been canceled. That was nice, but if they'd responded a little sooner I might not have ordered from mwave instead."
