"Purchased a BFG 5900nu from them late January and it was DOA. Got an RMA and sent it back. UPS tracking shows it signed for by "WANG". Never got a credit on my card, so I emailed them. Got this response:

The product you bought from, the company was closed last month. We bought web site only from that company. We don't know anything about your
return. Sorry we can not help you with your RMA. You can try to contact your credit card company to disbuse this payment. They could get money from that company's account if their account is not closed yet. Hope your credit card cmpany can help you. Good luck.

"I purchased two BFG GeForce FX 5900 cards from ENPC.com and when I recieved them both were defective. I contacted ENPC.com shortly after I recieved them and recieved an RMA#. I spoke with the BFG Tech Support to try and see if there was something I could do to fix them which took a few days of phone tag. In the end they determined that they were both defective. So I decided to follow thru with my RMA. When I sent ENPC.com an e-mail they told me that ENPC.com was sold by the old owners and that they are a new owner. They then said that they would not accept any RMA's from the "OLD" owners. So I called them up and I spoke with the same woman I orginally spoke to before placing the order. BOTTOM LINE: Don't by anything from this vendor they will rip you off without thinking twice. So now I am in the process of disputing the Credit Card Charge to get my money back... Very poor reseller indeed... EDIT: I contacted ENPC.COM's web hosting site and they confirmed that no ownership change has been made in the last few months. Also all old phone numbers have been disconnected and the only one posted on the website now is unlisted. SHOP AT ENPC.COM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY ARE VERY VERY VERY SHADY!"

"Decided to purchase here because of price based on pricewatch.com. Called in advance to verify that product was in stock (BFG FX5900nu). I was told that it was available and would ship the same day if the order was in before 3pm est. I ordered it and received confirmation right away, then a ship confirmation with FedEx tracking number too.

BUT... although FedEx shows the tracking number in their system, the package appears to have never left the location. I have FedEx investigating the situation now. I just noted that this same situation happened to another ENPC customer too. Could be a ENPC error or could be a FedEx mess-up, we will see. I have contacted ENPC twice via email and no one has taken the initiative to help get it straightened out, ENPC just directs back to FedEx. The jury is out on this one and I will try to update this as the situation developes. For now... NO VIDEO CARD but I've paid for it."

"Ordered BFG 5900. Fedex picked up package and lost it after being scanned at warehouse. ENPC refuses to refund money. Says product is discontinued(BS) and I have to file claim with Fedex to get my money back.

Update: Filed claim w/ Fedex then ordered another card elsewhere. Fedex arrives 2 days later w/ a package from ENPC which I thought was
another shipment. After peeling off barcode label I found my original "lost" tracking# underneath. Card packaging inside was beat up. One heatsink pin was busted and floating around inside and card was also DOA. Had to spend more money to return it to BFG."

"Ordered a BFG 5900nu (retail) for $184, the best price I've seen so far. Ordered Monday evening, got immediate email confirmation. Order was shipped the next day, and I got it by Friday.

Fast service and the item came in retail box with all accessories as advertised.

It's a nice to see a reseller that allows you to track your order and track your shipping."

"I ordered a monitor from ENPC on December 17th, was e-mailed a receipt the same day. The status of this order has remained "pending" for over two weeks now. I e-mailed their "tracking" e-mail address and received no reply. The item still hasn't even been shipped. I have just now e-mailed them to have the order canceled because I can't keep waiting for the monitor to arrive. I'm not even waiting for the arrival; it hasn't even been shipped yet. I will update this as to how they handle this problem, I am holding onto my remaining trust in hopes they will credit the money back and not try to ship it and say it was already in the mail. I hope to at least receive some small e-mail to let me know they are alive."

"Advertised a monitor on P.W. for $150 shipped, couldn't buy it for that though. On their site it was $160 shipped. E-mailed them with the problem, they cancel my order and jack price up to $175 no shipping. Emailed customer service and no responce. Losers!"

"I ordered a Pioneer DVD writer on Wednesday, December 3. Within minutes, I received an order confirmation email indicating that my order was being processed. About two hours later, I received a shipment notification from UPS, with a valid UPS Ground tracking number.

Two days later (yes, that's only two days later), I was opening my DVD burner here in Ohio. Everything is exactly as promised, full retail packaging in new condition, still factory sealed.

Would definitely do business with these guys again! Online shopping doesn't get much smoother than this."

"I ordered a 5600 Ultra from ENPC.com because it was the cheapest card I had found. Initially I was pretty skeptical because the tracking number they gave me was not valid. I emailed them after about three days and they replied that it should show up in about two days. Sure enough...even though UPS had no record of the number it was here in five business days. Card was new retail version and is working like a charm. Don't be scared away by the trakcing number thing...kinda nerve racking but I am sure I will ordering again real soon. Thank you ENPC.com!"
