What stands out about this company however is that every time I order from them UPS Ground, I recieve the shipment the next day. Maybe this is just a loop hole in the UPS shipping system but for me it is very convenient. I will definately be ordering from them again."

"hmmmm so many complains about this company....well, that is because this company has grown and moved the location and it creates problems...just give little more time why?? well, I shop with this company more than 2 years and spend almost $10,000.00 and never had a problem always fast and always good except one time in August when they are moving...I still think this company is good and give little more time for them to fix the problem....its like when you move to new place...it takes time to reorganize and so on... NO I am not a EMS employee nor family but satisfied customer for years.....thanks"
"Looked on NexTag for the best price on a pc case. Ems had the best price and shipping was comparable. Placed order Tues evening, got email right away and another email next morning saying case had been shipped. Received pkg next Tues morning, which is pretty good considering that UPS doesn't work on weekends and Mon was a holiday. Their (EMS) prices are higher than others for other things, but I sure can't complain about the PC case and the good service. If they get those other prices comparable to other outfits, they can expect more business from me. I can't understand how they can have a lower rating than places like Bunta. Anyway, I'm very pleased!"
