"These guys took my money and never delivered my product or refunded my money. Yahoo took them off their shopping web site since then, but they continue to rip people off. I am attaching their email, but they never would refund my money. We apologize for the excessive delay in issuing your credit. We have been experiencing a major delay in crediting for the past few months. We are crediting orders on a daily basis, but however are restricted to a certain amount per day. Please be assured that you will receive your
credit. I have added your credit to an expedited list and it should be taken care of within the next week. Again, please accept our most sincere

"I wish I had known about this place before placing my order. I placed and order for (3) Sony Monitors and paid by company check because there was no place to pay by credit card (not that that would have made a difference). I find it interesting that some of you actually were able to phone them. All I ever get is a message telling me to send an e-mail and now the number I have is no longer in service. I have asked when the order will ship and Brian Wood e-mailed back saying the order was "queued and ready to ship". Well that was months ago. I tried filing with the BBB and I was e-mailed back saying that this is an "uncooperative company" and basically try someplace else. I have contacted the FL Attorney Generals office looking for help. If anyone has any suggestions on who I may be able to contact for a refund, please pass the information along. This is the worst company ever. Buyer Beware!!! Stay away from EMS Computing/TechSavings. These company will only rip you off."

"I ordered from this company. When the product wasn't shipped I cancelled the order. I was told I would get a refund and it never came. I cannot contact this company by phone and when I e-mailed I was told it was being handled. Buyers beware. "

"I learned my lesson. Never again from these guys. Obviously a scam. I lost 100$. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB told me that EMS did not respond. The BBB also wished me "Good Luck"!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They practice taking your money and charging you to get it back after they don't perform their job! I placed orders and payed extra to have them processed within 2 days. A month later they still couldn't tell me where my order was and promised to refund my money. One item - a Sony TFT monitor was never shipped and when they finally figured out what happened to it, they said the part number changed. Good for me, the new part was over $100 less! Unfortunaltely, I have yet to receive the price difference, nor the refund on the mis-shipping (it's now October)!!! After being promised they would refund my money, I got an e-mail from a person claiming that the person I was dealing with no longer worked for the company and that they couldn't refund my money because they don't use the merchant any longer!!!!!!! What an absolute load of CRAP! Do yourselves a favor and pay an extra 30% to deal with ANYONE else!"

"I purchased a viewsonic monitor from ems computing on May 23, 2003. Contrary to what they state on their website they charged my credit card immediately. After 30 days and no delivery I emailed them as to what the delay was. NOTHING! Over the course of several months I emailed them countless times and received only two auto-gen form letters. Then out of the blue almost four months after ordering the product it came. I feel very fortunate that I was able to even get my purchase from these shady characters. Many people have not. BEWARE, do not purchase from these people ever!!! I have learned my lesson and will never purchase from them again! "
