"Great service, awesome prices (1/2 the price of what I paid for the same flooring at a bricks and mortar). I was a little nervous after hearing some of the reviews here, but my experience was great - will use them again if I have flooring needs."

"I was initially concerned about buying $1000.00+ dollars worth of product online vs. a brick and mortar store. I could foresee issues that could possibly arise and not be addressed the way they can be in a face to face contact. I was wrong. Your company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I will do business with you again in the future, and my friends and neighbors will also!"

"I ordered 2 hardwood floor samples on approximately 4/8/13. After a week I phoned e floors to ask the status. They told me the order was sent a couple of days before and should arrive shortly. After almost 2 weeks I phoned to let them know I hadn't received the order. I was told by a support staff that she would look into it and phone me back that day. I never received a phone call. Today, 4/26/13, I called the manufacturer to see if they could be of assistance. They do not send samples to customers onI ordered 2 hardwood floor samples on approximately 4/8/13. Too bad I didnt need them anymore as I had ordered them from another place which managed to get it delivered in 4 days. This other company(I will not mention name because my intent here is not to advertise for them) sent a full length board for free. E floors sent 2 small sample pieces and charged $6.00 for shipping. "

"DO NOT! use this company. I placed an order with them that they assured me would ship within a week. It has been almost a month and NOTHING!!!!! I have called three time and spoke with Elizabeth and Rachel. Both promised to call me back right away with a an update and nothing. No call, no email nothing. The worst experience ever."

"Efloors is the WORST company I have ever worked with. Do not use them for flooring needs because they charged my credit card and have not refunded me for an order I CANCELED!!! I have waited 4 days for a credit and my credit card told me it should happen right away. They do not call you back and try to act as if no one is available to speak when you call. I also ordered one package to see the color and it was completely damaged!!! What can I do with damaged floors?"

You may use this information to contact your credit card company. "We saved quite a bit with Efloors but more importantly the service with Efloors was exceptional! The staff that we spoke to was very knowledgeable and actually wanted to help us! Very nice for a change. We will be back for our next project! "

"Ordered about 30+ cartons of laminate flooring and molding. The molding arrived completely smashed, not one good pieces in the bunch. eFloors acknowledged and after sending pics, they agreed to refund. However, after several weeks of promised refunds "processing today", the refund never came. I finally disputed with American Express, and eFloors had the nerve to challenge the refund they had been promising. Many better dealers with ethics for you to deal with out there. Stay clear.

I see eFloors has responded claiming that my information is false. On Dec-1, I have a reply from Taylor at eFloor that everything would be taken care of. I never hear back. On Dec-10, I sent another email to follow up and never hear back. I also called Taylor and the eFloor customer service department directly and was told "my refund was going out later in the day". That was December. It's now March 19th and I haven't seen anything from them other than a copy of the letter that they sent to American Express denying my claim and stating I wasn't entitled to a refund. "

As outlined in our shipping policy, your refund was processed just as soon as the claim was approved by the freight carrier. We're committed to providing the best possible service in the flooring industry. Although claims can be cumbersome, we are always more than happy to take care of the issue.”

"I have made several different purchases from Efloors.com and I have had the same bad experience every time. They take your money and never ship your product out. I made the order, waited a week and no update. I followed up only to be lied to that the order has been shipped and I will receive the tracking soon. Several days past and no email of my tracking. I called back then they gave me another excuse that there was issue with dealing with the suppliers. One lied after another. To make matter worse, they refused to refund me, saying they had to submit an approval to their manager for a refund. They said they will get back to me. Days past and I did not get any call back. I had to take it up with my credit card company to get my money back. Beware, their customer service people are very bad and deceptive. Look at Efloors.com rating and judge for yourself! This company is not worth your time and money. "

"Don't! I had bought a couple grand of laminate from them, couple boards were damaged but worked around them. Dishwasher leak caused me to have to replace a couple boards so ordered 2 boxes (8 boards). ALL 8 were damaged by the poor packing. They put cardboard corners on the box, shrink wrap around and sent them ups. (big order was freight delivery). I didn't get around to installing for a couple months and if you don't report damage in 3 days you are out of luck!! Go someplace where they have your back.
There was no visible damage to the outer container as it is cardboard covered in plastic so you can't see they were all crushed inside. Very poor packaging for laminate as the edges are critical.
