As per our conversation, Efloors has provided documented proof of your refund along with the transaction ID. You may use this information to contact your credit card company. As promised, your refund was immediately issued; however, at times the credit card companies ask for a 5 to 7 business day allowance to process the refund of their end. We are here to help. As you are aware, a damage claim was launched with the freight carrier immediately after notification of your damage. As outlined in our shipping policy, your refund was processed just as soon as the claim was approved by the freight carrier. We're committed to providing the best possible service in the flooring industry. Although claims can be cumbersome, we are always more than happy to take care of the issue.”

If you do, however, discover visible damage, we ask that you , please notify us immediately. You have 3 business days to acknowledge a claim. This policy is in place because we are held to strict guidelines by the freight carriers. "Great service, awesome prices (1/2 the price of what I paid for the same flooring at a bricks and mortar). I was a little nervous after hearing some of the reviews here, but my experience was great - will use them again if I have flooring needs."
