"I am VERY dissatisfied with e1micro. I never received anything that I ordered. The Better Business Bureau was contacted, they in turn attempted to contact this business with no success. The case file has since been closed. I suggest Yahoo terminate this business from their website."
"Do not buy from this ripoff artist. I placed an order for 2 harddrives on 11-22 received an email conformation on 11-24 that the hard drives will be shipped in 4-7 days. On 11-26 my credit card was charged. 12-8 tried to contact e1micros,(800 number no longer works, would call 714 number, and would only get there voice mail (have left many messages, if the mail box was not full) have not received a reply from e1micros.12-10 contacted my bank to disputed the charge, bamk told me that it had been longer then 10 days they would have to get in hold of e1micro to dispute the charge. so here I set out my money for the hard drives and no hard drives. If any one wants to by 2 120GB maxtor hard drives I will send them as soon as I get them from e1micros. "
"This company is a fraud they take your money and never send the part I was in contact with a george webber but now his emails come back undeliverable and the customer service number is answered by a mailbox that is always full the website is down and has been that way for a while.Don't order anything from this customer as they will steal your money don't fall for it as I did."
"Ordered a cd burner on Nov 25th which was supposed to ship in 4-7 days. Still have not received it on Dec 17th. I have called them and they have not returned my calls. Email gets returned stating the account is over quota which tells me they do not answer any emails. This "merchant" is a scam. Thank god I only lost $34 dollars to these crooks. DO NOT buy from e1micro, you will only lose your money!!"
"This is the third different laptop hard drive that I have tried to purchase from this company. The first attempt I recieved confirmation of my order, and after a long period of time I emailed them back and they said "sorry we are out of stock and will not carry that item anymore". I told them they need to remove that item from their webpage. after a month and a half they still had not. I ordered a second hard drive not the same one as the first, this time they sent me an email right-off saying they no longer carry that item. I sent them the same advise for the item removal from their website. They didn't take my advise. This third, different, hard drive I ordered on the 1st of december. I immediately got a confirmation saying it would ship in 4-7 days and I had ordered 3 day standard shipping (that's 10 days max). Two weeks later (today) I tried to send them an email asking about my order and the message was undeliverable because the address no longer exists. I'm very disappointed"
"This company is a fraud. They advertise and use Yahoo store front but don't deliver. My order was to be delivered in 3-5 days. After 3 days I received an email that item would ship in 4-7 days. Still no tracking number and email box is full. Telephone not being answered but they billed me on the 2nd even though it is apparent that nothing was shipped as I have no tracking number nor delivery. "

"CAVEAT EMPTOR I ordered 4 HD from E1Micro on 07 Nov. 03 for the sum of $405.18 (see below). I have not yet received it.I have sent multiple E-MAILS and numerous voice mails (when I am FORTUNATE enough to get a recording).I got a response ONCE on the 18 Nov 2003, which stated, "It will ship this Thursday as it was on back order."I have issued a formal letters of cancellation and to this day (Mon 29 Dec, 2003) I have still not heard any response from E1Micro, nor have I received my package or my money back. I am totally appalled by the abysmal treatment and unprofessional behaviour I have received from this organisation. They don't respond to e-mails or return telephone calls. This company behaves fraudulently and I believe that this company should be shut down ASAP!! "You may want to check the status of this company.Their website is down and their phone has a recorded message with a full mailbox. I have no way of finding out if the drive I ordered was even shipped.If you ask me this company is a scam"
"TERRIBLE SELLER!! I ordered a hard drive from E1Micro and after 2 weeks tried to contact them to check on the status. I emailed them twice and called them twice, to no avail. Finally, after emailing them again I got a response stating that the item was on back order and that it would ship that week. Again, I wait...I call them and leave numerous messages on their answering machine and numberous emails. Again, they email me stating that the item is still on back order and will ship THIS week. Still did not receive my package. After trying desperately to call them for 5 days in a row, many times a day, I got sick of it and contacted the Better Business Bureau and found out that they had 10 complaints at the BBB and only 2 were resolved. I left my complaint and also complained to Yahoo! Shopping. To this day (December 12, 2003) I have still not heard any response from E1Micro, nor have I received my package or my money back. I believe that this company is a fraud and should be shut down ASAP!! I am continuing my goal to get my money back and to have them shut down and sent to jail!"

"A cheating web-store.I bought HD on 09/18/03; it took two weeks to send to me.Moreover, they sent me a defect. So I sent it back. (I bought three year warranty)And my HD never came back. I called them and left messages at least 5 times. No one respond.Never buy anything from again.Or you will be the next victim."
"This is the worse seller I have ever come across. He has none of the products that I checked on that he lists on his website for sale. He still lists some items, and takes orders for, that he now says aren't manufactured any more. I was trying to get a notebook computer hard drive. It has been 6 weeks since I ordered and I can't get through to them on the phone and his answers to my email--when he does answer, are just that is backordered and it will be shipped Thursday. This they have said for 5 weeks now. I tried changing the order, but everything he lists is either "backordered" or not manufactured anymore."
"A month ago I ordered a hardrive for my laptop. I have not received it yet. This has been the worst customer service that I have seen so far. I have called various times for support only to hear an answering machine every time I call no matter what time it is. I have left messages and still no reply. I also tried emailing for my order status and have not received a reply from them for that either. I was charged from my account and now want to cancel this order. I do not recommend this retailer."
"Ordered a Western Digital harddrive on ground shipping (6-9 days with 2-3 day processing) and recieved a tracking order after 5 days saying they'd sent it. After 12 days it had not arrived so I emailed the company. They emailed back saying they would check on it. They said it had been backordered and it would ship on Monday. How could they have given me a tracking number in the first place if it'd been backordered? I knew then that it was bullshit. Another week passed, still no harddrive and they stopped replying to my email and have yet to answer a phone call or call back on either of 2 messages. I will be speaking to the Better Business Bureau about this company to get my money back and hopefully have them shut down. Pathetic company, NEVER buy from them."
