"It would be nice to get an email or something to let people know the status of their orders. If an item is not instock, customers never know when your order was shipped or if their orders will be delayed due to out-of-stock supplies. "
"The directions that came with the camera are badly written by someone whose first language is not English. The instructions say something about a CD accompanying the product but there was no CD included with my package. I have not had a chance to contact customer service to get help. Not sure I can figure out how to use the camera with the current instructions."

"Received the product that I ordered. However, there was a discrepancy between the instructions that were provided and what was advertised on the web page (i.e., capacity of camera in regards to memory card). I had to contact DynaSpy. Other than that, no other concerns to address. "

"Purchased a camera for $437 it took 20 days to receive it, It didn’t work and now they want me to pay shipping back. They also charge a 15% restocking fee. I am in the process of shipping it back. I was under a time deadline when I ordered this item and they couldn’t even tell me when I would receive a working one."
