That was 2 weeks ago. 9 days ago I received an email from the reseller that the replacement part was on the way. As of today it has not arrived. He has not returned my calls or responded to my emails. His excuse was that it shipped just prior to Thanksgiving. At this point I have given him a ultimatum of either I get a tracking number to confirm the shipment of the broken part or I will be filling a disput with my credit card company for a refund and will be looking for a call tag to return the merchandise. You do need two people as the instructions says. When installing the fireplace the instructions say to remove the two brackets and slide fire place in and put the brackets back in to hold fireplace in place. The instructions should have said to loosen brackets slide in place and move brackets over edge of fireplace and retighten. Michael, the owner, answered all of my emails and questions very quickly, provided excellent guidance on the products I was looking at, and had the best price available on the unit I finally decided on. The ordering process was smooth, and I was kept up to date on the status of shipping. I used white glove delivery, and the delivery folks were pleasant.<br><br>After the delivery people left, I noticed some damage to one of the doors that I didn\u0027t see upon delivery. A quick note to Michael, and a replacement part was on the way. When that arrived, it too had an issue, and Michael again immediately stepped up to have another replacement sent over. He was steadfast in ensuring I was completely happy with my furniture.<br><br>I would recommend anyone that is looking at home theater furniture online to consider Dynamic Home Decor. Great prices, and a caring owner.
