"that's all fine well and good, but the reason the prices are 0.00 is because the items were discontinued by the manufacture or not available in the USA at this time. I am removing the items from my site this morning. So, I am going to cancel your orders including the Plateau stands and ask you to take your business elsewhere. Thank you and have a nice day."

The owner of this website cancelled my order for Plateau W 30 Speaker stands without my permission. I am amazed this guy is still in business. He made two pricing errors and he wrote me that he can't ship them because they were $0.00. Well I sent him two of the three sources of proof that his website had this price for two items that I ordered and that it is the responsibility of the online reseller to ensure that the data in their catalogue is correct, and they have nobody else to blame but themselves if it is not. He cancelled my $99.98 order for the speaker stands with all the other orders I made (chair and entertainment furniture). He made a mistake and he believes that he doesn't have to pay consequences. He said he would remove the items that were priced at $0.00 but he still has those items which were $0.00 on his website."

“First, You don't need to hide my name. Michael Stone. I have been in business online for about 10 years and I have never had a customer before this gentleman try to take advantage of me. The items that he tried to order did have a 0.00 price but only because they were discontinued, unavailable, or needed to be ordered over the phone because of many possible options for the product. I am terribly sorry that he misunderstood the terms of the web site, but threats will get you no where with me. Thank you in advance to all those that will excuse this outcome.”

"Ordered on the 30th, item was shipped on the 31st. In this case, DHD was just the order facilitator, since VTI products are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer, but I am more than satisfied that DHD was able to process the order so quickly.

Oh, price was great too. Cheapest on the Net I could find. "

"To borrow from Jerry Seinfield, this Seller is very good at taking your money but very bad at delivering your purchase. I placed an order on a Sunday and my credit card was charged that day. I called Monday to follow up and was told it was shipped but the tracking number wasn’t available. I was given the same answer the rest of the week. On Friday, I found and called, emailed, and faxed the distributor. They got back to within an hour and stated the order was not yet shipped but would be later in the day. I now have a tracking number.
Who knows how long I would have waited for my purchase had I not took the matter into my own hands? Seller is no Amazon.

Update in response to Seller's misleading rebuke: I called Seller Monday as Citibank had a concern about a charge and I wanted to make sure Seller in fact was paid. It was Seller who volunteered to me Monday it was SHIPPED and he was just waiting for the tracking number. In truth. it was only SHIPPED Friday after I contacted the SEI, the distributor, in Dallas. SELLER had no trouble charging my credit card on SUNDAY just trouble fulfilling the order. Don't believe me? Call Poppy Lopez, National Account Sales, Southern Enterprises, Inc., (800) 633-5096.

“Honestly! This customer ordered a TV stand on the Sunday after Thanksgiving - the busiest shopping weekend of the year. Our website policy, receipt, and order confirmation CLEARLY states "Please allow us 3 business days to process, ship, and send you your tracking information" - and he calls first thing Monday morning to get a tracking number, seriously? Now, normally the 3 days to process and ship would suffice but the BUSIEST weekend of the year I would expect maybe a little good will while we work VERY hard to fill hundreds of orders...

WOW. I am just amazed at this one. I work very hard to give each customer the absolute best service possible and after 12 years online I would say we here at Dynamic Home Decor are doing very well at that.

"I ordered a large TV stand from this vendor for a combination of reasons:

It was the only place I could find that offered white glove platinum delivery, a necessity for me with a piece of furniture weighing almost 200 pounds, and that explained exactly what would be included in that option,

It offered a great price, and,

Michael, the site owner, answered my inquiry almost immediately. Another site took several days, and six weeks later I'm still waiting for the third.

Although the delivery took longer than indicated on the site, Michael told me by email how long it would take before I placed the order. It arrived almost exactly when he said, and is in perfect condition. The shippers brought it inside my apartment and did light assembly just as advertised for white glove platinum. I'm very pleased with my experience with Dynamic Home Decor."

"Dynamic Home Decor exceeded my expectations. I purchased a TV stand and it is perfect. Just what I had been looking for and could not find else where. The quality of the stand is exceptional for the low price I paid. I would not hesitate to order from Dynamic in the furture. Very fast and efficient service. I am really impressed."

"I receivd my Techcraft WQF60 - 60" (inch) No Tool Assembly 3 Shelf TV Stand - Walnut & Glass. I absolutely love it! Packaged very well, not a single scratch. It's Beautiful. Sturdy solid wood, tempered tinted glass, & black polished metal. OMG, it's so easy to assemble. Beautiful & Classy. Exactly what I needed for my 55" flat screen. Last but not least, my TV stand arrived sooner than expected (less than a week). I really appreciated the courteous follow-up emails to track my FedEx delivery. Thank you for making such a great product!"
