I have been in business online for about 10 years and I have never had a customer before this gentleman try to take advantage of me. The items that he tried to order did have a 0.00 price but only because they were discontinued, unavailable, or needed to be ordered over the phone because of many possible options for the product. I am terribly sorry that he misunderstood the terms of the web site, but threats will get you no where with me. Thank you in advance to all those that will excuse this outcome.”
posted Dec-04-2009 “Honestly! This customer ordered a TV stand on the Sunday after Thanksgiving - the busiest shopping weekend of the year. Our website policy, receipt, and order confirmation CLEARLY states "Please allow us 3 business days to process, ship, and send you your tracking information" - and he calls first thing Monday morning to get a tracking number, seriously? Now, normally the 3 days to process and ship would suffice but the BUSIEST weekend of the year I would expect maybe a little good will while we work VERY hard to fill hundreds of orders...
WOW. I am just amazed at this one. I work very hard to give each customer the absolute best service possible and after 12 years online I would say we here at Dynamic Home Decor are doing very well at that.

"that's all fine well and good, but the reason the prices are 0.00 is because the items were discontinued by the manufacture or not available in the USA at this time. Dynamic Home Theater
The owner of this website cancelled my order for Plateau W 30 Speaker stands without my permission. I am amazed this guy is still in business. He made two pricing errors and he wrote me that he can't ship them because they were $0.00. Well I sent him two of the three sources of proof that his website had this price for two items that I ordered and that it is the responsibility of the online reseller to ensure that the data in their catalogue is correct, and they have nobody else to blame but themselves if it is not. He cancelled my $99.98 order for the speaker stands with all the other orders I made (chair and entertainment furniture). He made a mistake and he believes that he doesn't have to pay consequences. He said he would remove the items that were priced at $0.00 but he still has those items which were $0.00 on his website."
