We ordered 71# BDI Deploy Max 9640-I entertainment center stand. It complimented our new 55" Samsung LCD TV very well. The furniture arrived in good condition. It took only 3 days to arrive. The delivery gentleman helped open the box and stayed until I checked to make sure the furniture had no damages. The stand was very very easy to assemble. Placing the order with Dynamic Decor was an easy process and the gentleman that answered the phone quickly answered all questions.

We ordered the Walker Bermuda 44" corner tv stand from Dynamic Home Decor on Monday and had it by Friday. We are very pleased with the product and service. The price was the lowest we found and it arrived in perfect condition. We would highly recommend them.

I ordered a Furnitech FT72TL TV Stand. While the transaction got off to a poor start, it ended well. My item was received much sooner than I expected, however not only was it received damaged, but the shipping company R&L Carrier refused to deliver inside the threshold as stated on the website. I had to move the cabinet 285 lbs into my house by myself, a 47 year old female. Dynamic made arrangements quickly for my furniture to be repaired by sending out a new leg and organizing a local company to do the work. They offered to replace the cabinet, however I opted not to wait for the shipping claim to process to get my new cabinet. The damage was definitely caused by the carrier and not the packaging. Even though I insisted to the driver, the website indicated inside delivery, as did the shipping ticket, he presented me, he refused. Stating they do not deliver inside residential due to insurance. The cabinet is beautiful. I would order again if the need came up, as my issues were caused by the shipping carrier.

Ordered on the 30th, item was shipped on the 31st. In this case, DHD was just the order facilitator, since VTI products are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer, but I am more than satisfied that DHD was able to process the order so quickly.  
 
Oh, price was great too. Cheapest on the Net I could find.

I purchased the parkerhouse che-725 entertainment center 02/17/2008. I was told the shipping would take 14 to 16 business days.After 2 weeks i called dynamic home to check on the delivery date.They said the shipping company should be receiving it anytime now and they will call me to set up delivery.On march 10th the shipping company recieved the unit. On march 11th I called dynamichome to see when it will be delivered.They told me it would be delivered the next week of the 17th.Now im told it will be delivered on the 26th or the 27th. If i had known it was going to take 40 days to get here i would have gotten it somewhere else.I have not received it yet so I cant comment on condition. If you want your merchandise in a reasonable time frame i suggest you look somewhere else.I hope it actually gets delivered next week.I will comment on condition when i get it.

In this customers particular case delivery is taking a bit longer than anticipated, but he does live in a (somewhat) rural part of TX. He ordered the furniture on Sunday, February 17. We state 3 days processing and then 14-16 BUSINESS days for delivery on the product page. He is slated to take delivery on March 26th; 24 business days from the time of his order (plus processing). Though I admit I too would like to have faster shipping times; the truth is premium delivery service which includes a 2 man team, inside placement, setup, and removal of all the debris just takes a bit longer sometimes....I am sorry.

I ordered a large TV stand from this vendor for a combination of reasons:  
 
It was the only place I could find that offered white glove platinum delivery, a necessity for me with a piece of furniture weighing almost 200 pounds, and that explained exactly what would be included in that option,  
 
It offered a great price, and,  
 
Michael, the site owner, answered my inquiry almost immediately. Another site took several days, and six weeks later I'm still waiting for the third.  
 
Although the delivery took longer than indicated on the site, Michael told me by email how long it would take before I placed the order. It arrived almost exactly when he said, and is in perfect condition. The shippers brought it inside my apartment and did light assembly just as advertised for white glove platinum. I'm very pleased with my experience with Dynamic Home Decor.

Very nice job staying honest with me when they could not fulfill my order for a Modloft TV stand. The manufacturer was unable to deliver in weeks. Michael, the owner, kept me up to date on the order and offered a different BDI tv stand with a nice discount in stead. When I finally gave up on Modloft the BDI unit was on my steps within a week.

I was looking to buy a new TV stand, and after a few weeks of research, I found the one I wanted. Several different sites had it in stock, and for pretty much the exact same price, so I wasn't sure which one to choose. I had a question about the delivery process, so I sent an email to 4 stores. Literally within 5 minutes, I received a helpful & informative reply from Michael, of Dynamic Home Decor. I followed-up with a couple other questions, and Michael replied as quickly & helpfully as he did with my initial inquiry.  
 
Based on the competitive price & extraordinary commitment to customer service, I decided to make my purchase from Dynamic Home Decor, and I couldn't be happier! I placed my order on Sunday, November 4th, and accepted delivery on Thursday, November 8th (4 business days later!).  
 
I would highly recommend Dynamic Home Decor, not just because of their selection, prices, and shipping speed, but also because of Michael, who obviously cares about his customers.  
 
As for the other 3 stores I sent an email to, I'm still waiting for their replies...

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Dynamic Home Decor. My corner console arrived in 6 days (would have been 5, but FedEx is notoriously slow in my area and the box sat on the truck for a day). Unfortunately, the box was pretty beat up and, as I carefully unpacked everything, I noticed that there was some very noticeable damage to one of the pieces. I wrote to Michael to let him know to see what could be done. He requested that I e-mail him pictures of the damage. He immediately replied that he would be sending me replacement parts. They arrived in a matter of a few days and were triple wrapped and very protected. I have never dealt with a company that so readily did whatever it took to make things right.  
 
I will absolutely be returning to DHD for any furniture purchases in the future.

I ordered from this store and waited for my tracking ID via email. I never did get it - but that is because my item arrived just 2 days after I'd ordered it! In fact, I was just about to check my email for the day when I discovered that the boxes had already arrived! The packaging was more than sufficient to protect the item, and none of the parts had any defects that I could detect. I have already pieced together my item, and it is everything I had hoped it would be.  
I went with this company because I had read some of the reviews and the only customers who were dissatisfied with their orders seemed like very unreasonable (not unlike the type of people I run into on a day to day basis!). Its one thing to hold a big corporation to a web pricing error, but to hold a smaller company to the same standards is really cheap and unfair IMO.

Received our StudioTech U-22T in less than a week. It is beautiful and  
extremely functional. My husband was very impressed with how well it was  
packed for shipping. Everything came double boxed with styrofoam all around.  
The instructions were simple to follow and, all the hardware was packed  
separately and well-labeled. Fantastic!

The owner of this website cancelled my order for Plateau W 30 Speaker stands without my permission. I am amazed this guy is still in business. He made two pricing errors and he wrote me that he can't ship them because they were $0.00. Well I sent him two of the three sources of proof that his website had this price for two items that I ordered and that it is the responsibility of the online reseller to ensure that the data in their catalogue is correct, and they have nobody else to blame but themselves if it is not. He cancelled my $99.98 order for the speaker stands with all the other orders I made (chair and entertainment furniture). He made a mistake and he believes that he doesn't have to pay consequences. He said he would remove the items that were priced at $0.00 but he still has those items which were $0.00 on his website.

First, You don't need to hide my name. Michael Stone. I have been in business online for about 10 years and I have never had a customer before this gentleman try to take advantage of me. The items that he tried to order did have a 0.00 price but only because they were discontinued, unavailable, or needed to be ordered over the phone because of many possible options for the product. I am terribly sorry that he misunderstood the terms of the web site, but threats will get you no where with me. Thank you in advance to all those that will excuse this outcome.
