"The hardware was OK but the software that drives the unit was full of flaws...it was advertised as "Plug and Play" and it certainly didn't do that. Took a lot of debugging and trying different approaches with my Vista system before I gave up and sent it back...complete waste of time. THEN they charged me a 15% restocking fee after I paid to mail back THEIR flawed product. NOT AS Advertised -save your MONEY!!"
