I had two companies calling me to set delivery, and they both insisted that I was receiving "chairs" when I had ordered a table. No follow up was ever done by DutchCrafters until they asked me tog give them a review. The delivery was brought on a pallet and I had to cut it off pallet and take into my building. Horrible process, I have ordered several custom furniture pieces and have never been so disgusted with the process as I was with DutchCrafters. I could have used another seller for $10.00 more...I should have gone with them.
