On the product pages and within the checkout cart your account acknowledged that the Source Naturals Chromium Picolinate was to ship in 5-10 days and that this item was holding up your order. You had submitted your order on the 21st and it did ship out on the 28th. You also chose to accept the free shipping which is labeled within the check out cart and on your invoice as UPS SurePost. On your previous order back in January, you chose this same method. If the delivery time for the free shipping method is not fast enough for your liking, we do offer UPS Ground for $3.99. This inexpensive service from Nevada to NC usually takes 4-5 days. Thank you for your purchase, we value your business.

I like that when I have only a few products to replenish because it saves me from being charged shipping if my order is < $50 or $100 like on some other websites. The free shipping is not speedy but it's free so what do you expect. So if you can wait a week for your products to arrive then this company cannot be beat with their low prices. <br><br>Here is where this company really shines. I had a problem today with the shipping of my order. First time btw. I called customer service. Their customer service always answers the phone promptly, which I like. My product had not yet shipped. She looked at the order and was able to tell me exactly what the problem was. She told me when the order was going to be filled. I then asked if there was anything she could do to make up for lost time of waiting for my order to ship. She changed my order to include a faster delivery time so that my order would arrive in roughly the same time "as if" the order had filled on time. So in other words, she fixed the problem. And with no cost to me. I didn't have to argue with her or raise a fuss. "Only complaint is the time it takes to receive my order. you guarantee same day shipping before 3pm. my order on May 21st at 8:55am and received an email as shipped 4 days later on the 25th, actually UPS shows it not processed until the 28TH! finally arrived June 6TH. I have ordered other things from China that only took 7-8 days free shipping. Some E-bay items with free shipping from the west coast here in 4 days. I like your prices and the quality is fine,the filling of orders and/or shipping could use refining. so whats the Guarantee? "
