"Hi,again to all past and future reviewers/customers of Drums On Sale(DOS).Since my last review,feb,2010,I've made no less than 10 orders with the money DOS has saved me.This last order was for a 17" and a 19"Zildjian K custom special dry cymbals from their rarities program.What other company will save you that kind of money?I've been in the `business' since 1977.Since that time,I've shopped about everyplace there is to shop in and out of my state(NC),all across the USA.That is until I started ordering from DOS.I've been blessed being able to play professionally and semi-pro for many years now.DOS saves me money with each purchase.I have to maintain my equipment(new heads,sticks,cymbals,etc.),to keep the shows going forward with top shelf sound.I've been able to order hard to find stuff that may take a little longer to get,but I now have it and the DOS staff did a fine job getting it to me.As with my past review,you'll see that most customers have had a great experience ordering and saving money with DOS.Anyone who writes a bad review about such a GREAT company,has much more pressing issues in their lives,than just a back-ordered item.To all,keep drumming,keep saving $$ from your DOS orders(to be used on more equipment)and mostly,Thanx to the DOS staff for all their help over the years.Helping me to keep music going.And no,I'm not related to any DOS staff member other than being a satisfied,loyal customer for many,many years.RW. "I have been looking for a handful of odd Gibraltar parts for a while now to complete my custom drum rack. The guys at drums on sale had most of them in the shop and ordered in the other special parts for me with no hassles... I was trying to get these from GC and they wouldn't even bother with the order - and the price was cheaper at drums on sale without even asking for a deal! And they talked me into a few clamps that were a lower price but worked way better than what I was originally looking at - I like that they cared more about getting me the right stuff rather than just selling me something to make an extra buck.

They got a lot of stuff for a small place, will special order anything for you and they will give you real-world advice without any "sales spin" ...this is my new favorite shop! "

"I've made a number of purchases with Drums On Sale, including 2 Sonor drum sets. I've also purchased drum heads,sticks, mounting systems, bags... They had best prices on items I purchased and they had items that were otherwise hard to find. I've never had any issues with them and have been very happy in all of my dealings, hence the repeat business. I've recommended them to some of my fellow drummer friends.
The new web site is great as it offers a great number of useful drum and percussion products at sweet prices.
I did have an inquiry about a drum mounting part which never got fully resolved and I eventually moved to another option. They were waiting on Sonor, which didn't seem to provide the info in a timely manner. I would recommend to the merchant to keep an eye on open issues through their ticketing system and to follow up accordingly."

"I just recently walked into Drums on Sale because I love to beat on my drums and I needed some parts. The store is outstanding! I could move my bed into the middle and live there. I purchased a DVD of Tommy Igoe that taught me more than I expected. I also bought new fancy sticks, a cymbal stand, and a cowbell. I needed a bell clamp but it was out of stock so I was told that someone would let me know when it came in. Three days later I got the email. Five days later I went back for it and purchased a snare head, a muffler for my bass, felt for my cymbal, a screw for my kick pedal, and received answers to a lot of questions.
I could not be happier with the way the staff took care of my needs or what the store did for my inspiration. Also, I still have a lot of money to spare; the prices are great! Madelene Grassello"

"Let me state up front that I am writing a review because Drums on Sale blasted me an email requesting that i write a review either good or bad, and in return I get 10% off my next order. About 2 years ago I added on 2 small toms to my Pearl kit. The price was amazing, and when the toms came I was extremely happy with them. They were exactly as advertised, matched my kit perfectly and came in a few days. So while I do acknowledge that all companies are not perfect, and I do have my fair share of companies I will never buy from again, I will buy from Drums on Sale again.

"I have placed two small orders of mixed brand items from Drums on sale during the past 4 Months. The orders were shipped quickly and were complete. I could not be happier with my purchases and will shop again with them.

"I love the design and navigation of the website. The categories are laid out very clearly and selecting my product was a breeze.

Drums on Sale has a huge selection of products to choose from.

Ordering was super easy! I had my tracking number in less than 24 hours.

I would recommend Drum on Sale to anyone!

"Drums on Sale had exactly what I wanted (the same sticks I have been using for 30+ years: Regal Tip Rock). I received a bulk rate discount and free shipping as well. I had a question, and I got a very fast, and very helpful, response.

"Drums on sale to has over the top products with over the top prices. I buy from them over guitar center and sam ash, even musician's friend. They seem to have everything I want to even decals! I love Drums on sale and I will continue to buy from them until I find anything better, which I probably won't. MUCH LOVE!"
