"I thought it was really confusing that you guys tried to charge me an extra $21 dollars to ship to Hawaii when I had already been charged an additional $21 to ship to Hawaii when I filled out my shipping information. A representative called two days after placing the originAl order to tell me in order to ship to Hawaii I'd be charged an additional $21. Are you cofussed yet? "Very quick and efficient ordering process. However, when I had to return parts, I had to pay for shipping plus a restocking fee. The total return process cost me about half of what I paid for the original order. Bottom line, solid order fulfillment process but buyer be ware if you need to return parts! "
"Shipping was OK. Took 4 biz days from the warehouse and was left on our doorstep. Luckily, UPS placed it more or less on the step under the doorway frame and this helped protect the package from a soaking rainstorm. The product looks exactly right and I look forward to using it soon enough."
"I got item (Expansion Valve) quickly in 6 days. I replaced old valve w this new one (No problem except the smallest "O" ring was too fat so had to use old one). When installed, took my truck to auto shop, vacuum was good so was able to have A/C system charged w Freon. Thanks for good unit and that I was able to save money getting my air conditioning back in operation."
"I never received the fuel pump that I ordered! After waiting 3 days with no shipping information I called Drive Wire customer service department. I spoke with a gentleman, I asked him about my order. I asked him if they have the fuel pump in stock? He then put me on hold to check my order. He came back on the phone and told me that he checked with the warehouse and my part was in stock, packed and awaiting shipping. I then waited 4 more days with no shipping email called back spoke to the same person who acted like he didn't know who I was again put me on hold only to come back and tell me the part is on back order. Then he proceeded to lie and say that he was not the person who I spoke with 4 days earlier. I requested that he return my money that he lied to me 4 days ago and I will NEVER!!! use there company EVER AGAIN! "

"Placed order on 6/2, money was taken on 6/3 and then I didn't hear anything else. I called on 6/7, found out you didn't have my parts and no one knew when, or if, they were coming in so I canceled the order and was told it would take 2-7 days to get my money back. Bad business to advertise and sell things you don't have. "
