Item is a 20,000 BTU console type natural gas fired space heater. Ordered 29 Oct 09, delivered 03 Nov 09. (If Denver hadn't gotten hit by a snowstorm, it would've arrived on 2 Nov!) Arrived in good condition. Installation took about two hours. It heats two rooms in my basement - about 600 sq feet of living area - and for that amount of floor space, is a solid performer. Web site said free 3 BUSINESS day shipping, yet it got here in three days, two of which were a weekend. (plus a one day delay because of weather.) Overall, a very smooth transaction. The free shipping is an unexpected bonus, which is new since my last order. The shipping was lightning fast; the item arrived many days earlier than I expected. The hooks were exactly as described on the site. I'm very happy with my experiences with this company.

I ordered a Honeywell T8775A1009 Digital Round Thermostat. This is a good basic 2 wire easy to hook up thermostat for a shop or house that uses a heat only thermostat. 40 degrees is the low temperature setting so it's a good heat saver for the shop or when you are on vacation.

Although the site was very easy, and shipping was very quick, this order has quickly turned into a fiasco in about ten minutes. I ordered (1) NiteIze s-biner, size 3.  
 
1. I open the package, Hooray! it's the wrong size! (size 2)  
2. Call Drillspot, Hooray! company training! I leave what I think is the order number, until  
3. because all orders seem to be fulfilled by a 3rd party (garinger) there's about 5 different numbers on the garinger form that could be the number, so I need to look it up in the e-mail.  
 
I'm very busy, and because on one of my few days off I cannot deal with this (you couldn't leave just a few people there? everyone had to leave for the day?), I'm probably gonna call this a wash and go see If I can just find a carabiner clip at lowe's or Home depot.  
 
FOLLOWUP: Called Grainger, explained my situation, and they shipped the right one, free of charge, no returns.Simple!
