Firstly, we do apologize for any possible inconvenience caused. I have rechecked the pictures of your dress taken by our Quality Control Department, to be honest, we can assure you that we do make your dress strictly according to what shown in the picture. And you mention that the dress is too heavy. Actually, since the dress is made of chiffon outside, so we have to add another layers inside to prevent the dress from being seeing through. We believe this is why you will think the dress is heavy.

When she unpacked the dress a few days later (she was away)we had a good look at it and were horrified with the way it is made. The "Perlstickerei" (pearl embroidery) is in fact a really cheap and horrible stiff fake silver band which is fraying. It is far too heavy to be combined with the extremely light chiffon, and cannot possibly hang gracefully. The dress consists of a thick taffeta shaped dress, not at all the same shape as either of us, (I just had to try this incredible contraption on!) covered in chiffon. The chiffon that you can actually see on the photo is sewn on top of this uncomfortable shell. The chiffon doesn't hang well over the stiff dress - you can see dents in it.....I've shown it to a professional seamstress and she is apalled at the way it has been made and agrees with me that it is a cheek to expect anyone to pay for it and wear it. The price is ridiculous. The description of the dress is totally inadequate - we had no idea it was made like that. And the silver band round the bottom is such bad quality, it's shocking. It is actually fraying on both edges.<br><br>OK , my daughter was absent and missed the date for returning it - but still I think they should take it back, as it is a totally unacceptable product.<br>My daughter has ordered clothes on the internet before, but the other 2 websites allow return of goods within a month - she never thought there would be a 7 day limit, so didn't worry that she would be absent when it arrived. Thus, we are now stuck with this ridiculous extortionately expensive garment that we wouldn't been seen dead in.<br><br>The description of the dress is totally inadequate and actually defies the trades description act. I got my dress within 10 days of ordering it and it is absolutely stunning. Like most wedding dresses it needs some sizing alterations and I am having the top part converted to sweetheart (which I had planned originally anyway).<br>I tried on a very similar dress in a bridal shop for $2400 but couldn't justify the money. I paid approx $250 for this dress and I cant tell the difference.<br>Has a few small marks on it but I'll get it dry cleaned, nothing obvious! I'm not wearing the sash and thankfully because it came in an off white and the dress is white. I am being picky here though because all in all the dress is gorgeous.<br>Anyway, thanks for providing me with the perfect dress for my big day at a ridiculously cheap price! Only problem is sizing.. I am 39 bust 32 waist and 41 hips which made me a 12 and a 10. I choose 12 because it was better to fit me big than to fit me small. Don't commit my mistake of being cheap and not paying the extra 15 dollars for a costume made dress. Now I have to send it to a tailor and spend more.
