reply posted Jun-05-2013 “HI,we have checked the pictures you send to us .You choose white color for the dress ,and we make the dress white for you .You mean the color is not right ,we checked the pitures ,it is white color ,there is only one kind of white color ,unlike blue ,dark blue or light blue.There is only one white color.The color has no quality as your picture shows ,that is the reason we feel hard to refund you money.”

2 As for the shipping fee,20,28 pounds is customs duties charged according to the customs tariff policy in your country, we won't have the money.

Apart from having to take it in and adjust the length, the dress overall is fantastic. I would recommend this site to anyone. Delivery took just over 4 weeks at no cost because I wasn't in a hurry( my wedding is next year). Certainly a big saving for us but my dress is first class as far as quality. I ordered my prom dress from here and asked if they could get in before the first of April since my prom was April 6 and I asked for a larger size so I could get it tailored for a perfect fit. By the last day of March the ordered had yet to be shipped and according to their cancellations rules if the dress isn't shipped cancelling the order can get you a full refund. I cancelled the order they replies quite quickly for the first time and said it was too late and the shipped it the next day. I didn't want the dress, it was too late. They sent the dress even after I CANCELLED the order. When I received the dress I got it the Thursday before my prom and I had already gotten a new dress, I ordered the dress lilac and it came in some sort of hot pink! I argued with the company for about a month and a half and finally got them to refund me only HALF of my amount. Till this day, the have yet to refund me. They have horrible customer service. They don't even know how to type correct English. "I had the best experience with Dream Prom. My dress was a rush for my best friends wedding. It was on-time. Fit nice per the measurements I sent.....and it was beautiful!!! They stayed in contact with me on the shipping instructions. I never worried after I sent my payment; that's how it should be. I would refer Dream Prom to EVERYONE!!!!!"
