I was pleasantly surprised when I checked online the following day and was provided my tracking number and the shipping company (ait worldwide), the tv arrived on WEDNESDAY the 14th, wall mount arrived the next day by fedex. overall I was very happy with my purchase and when the bedroom remodeling comes along I know where to go first. I'm a very happy customer because it only took 7 calendar days (during the holiday season) from the time I picked up the phone to the arrival of my 55” Sony LCD TV at my house in Denver area.
The service was very good and they did make a call to confirm the shipping time. I think the key is to place your order by phone instead of using their website (although there is nothing wrong with their website). This is just to ensure that a person confirms the availability of the item.
