"I tried to purchase a .ca domain name from them because they are cheap. BEWARE. If you need a tech support - it does not exist. I tried to call their number support number ( one number for tech support, billing and all other questions ). I was on the line waiting 6 ( six ) hours the first day. The second day - 5 ( five ) hours, 2 hours in the morning, and 3 in the evening. NO ONE EVER ANSWERD. At around 7.30 EST it just goes to a voice mailbox and no one returns your calls.

So frustrating, I went ahead and disputed the transaction, because I couldn't get this resolved with the support, that is non existing. I don't know how their servers actually is, maybe the DNS and uptime is good, but a good customer service is everything for me, so there is no way I would stay with them even for a day. If I cannot get a simple answer to my questions, how then this will look like when I need real support for technical questions about the servers, domain names, etc.
Be aware of this company.
