"Similar experience as others here: placed an order 14 days ago, fully charged credit card for ENTIRE order on that day, and still waiting for over half of my order. Won't answer phone. Wrote that order would ship "soon" and that was eight days ago, still no word. I'd avoid. There are so many other good places online that offer service."

"Doggiefood has fantastic pricing, with coupons I have not been able to find another site that is cheaper with free shipping. Although I was somewhat hesitant to order given the previous reviews, I had no issues and my order arrived in a few days."

"I ordered the 3 boxes of the Fussie Cat Premium Tuna with Salmon Formula Canned and 1 Nature's Logic Duck and Salmon on June 9th, After long wait without any response , so I called customer service. The 1st email from them was they were having the issue due to big volume of the order. and I emailed and called several time after another long waiting. the 2nd email response from them was the good were out of order without any response again. During the waiting, I received 1 nature logic but not fussie cat can food due to out of order. I called again, Tony(I guess is the boss) responded me that my money will be refunded for 3 boxes fussie cat food. You know what, until now, I haven't received any money from them. What a merchandise. Liar and irresponsible. I will never shop in their website again. "

"Well I let this site get the best of me and I didn't trust Tony at doggiefood.com. As they always say you got to try it for yourself in order to find out. WELL, not only was the customer service great the PRICES were outrageously CHEAP and the SHIPPING was even a day earlier than promised.
So this is for all the people who go through these reviews and believe everything people say on the "INTERNET".
You will be very satisfied with your products as well as the prices and most of all the excellent communication from Tony and best of all Bridget who I really think keeps it all together over there. wink wink

"Don't order from them.

I've ordered from them for a while and everything was fine - they had the product I wanted at a decent price and shipping was free. But now, I've only received part of my order - called and was told they lost their supplier. It's been two months, five phone calls, and six emails - no product, no refund.

And now, they're sending out a slew of "sale" emails. I have to wonder if these people are going to take the money and run? It sure feels like it.

Bottom line - don't risk it. You may just lose your money.

"I have used this company for at least a year and have had major issues receiving a third of my last purchase. Over the last month, I have called and emailed several times and I still haven't received my money back or my product. Never using this site again. Terrible customer service."

"Was once a great site, now the worse. Delayed shipments, missing items, no customer service (even a phone calls goes to someone who appears to be nothing but a go-between). I am still missing items from a shipment more than a month ago. I gave up and ordered from another site, had the shipment in 3 days. Nothing missing, better packing and a higher quality shipping box that wasn't mangled upon arrival.. "

"HORRIBLE customer service! Placed order on 6-18-14 and as of today 7-6-2014 still have not received item OR refund. Will not return calls and when you do call you get their answering service. Filed a complaint with BBB and will be disputing the charge with my credit card. Not sure why they charged my credit card that many weeks ago without at least having the item being processed or shipped.

They also tried to send me a fedex tracking number that wasn't any good. When I called fedex they said they never received the item for delivery. They then promised to overnight the item and 6 days from that it still hasn't arrived.

Check out their facebook page and you will see many others have the same issues. I wish I had before ordering.

"DO NOT order from this owner. Not only do they lie and tell you that you will receive your order in 2-3 days, but they often are out of products and will list them as in-stock anyway.
The prices are not worth the aggravation you will deal with.
Received 1/2 my order after 3 days, no packing slip, took 2 day to get a response, told them I did not want the rest, just to refund my card and they still have not done so nearly two weeks later.
The owner called and left a long winded voice mail giving me every excuse under the sun, but never credited my credit card for the items I still have not received. Never responded to my last two emails and will not answer phone calls.
DON'T BOTHER....Many reputable places out there, but this is not one of them!!!!!!!!

"I placed my first order with Doggiefood.com last Sunday, 6/15, almost $130 worth. As of yesterday I'd received no notice of shipment, so I sent them a message. Got no response so I called today, 6/18 and got an answering service (when they should have been open). I was told there was an issue with their phones, and on a second call was told there were issues with distributors. Their Facebook site tells me they've been having problems for quite some time and yet they let me place my order, they took my money (yes it went through) and there's not so much as a note indicating there are problems, please be patient we're working on them. My first and last order, STAY AWAY.
6/26 follow up: I received a call from the owner last week guaranteeing my order would be here today, Fed Ex. I ordered 7 bags of Stella & Chewy's food and 1 packed of pill pockets. Today I received one small box (marked 1 of 1) with 1 pill packet in it. So now I have to start the process of filing a claim against them to get my money back, and reporting them to whoever I can. The truth would have gone a lot further than lies...some way to run a business...NOT. Wish I could rate them a minus 1000, it still wouldn't be low enough.

"I have been doing business with this company for more than two years. In the beginning they were very good to deal with. They had impeccable customer service. Now they are the opposite. They are taking orders without having the items in stock even if it states in stock on the website. I placed my order May 12th. It was for almost $400. it is May 30th and they still haven't shipped my order but processed my payment on May 12th. I don't know about you but I don't have an extra $400. sitting around. Legally a company is not supposed to process your payment without shipping the order. I have tried to call, no one answers the phone and the voice mailbox is full. I have emailed numerous times and get no response. At one time this was a good company to do business with but no longer. They seem to be growing too fast and without the customer service to back them up, I believe their time is limited. The legal issues are going to catch up to them not to mention their business practices and extremely poor customer service. You can file a complaint with the Governor's Office of Consumer Protection, www.USA.gov and stopfraud.gov BUYER
BEWARE of this company.

"The food from doggie food.com is spoiled. We have been using Blue Buffalo food for over a year and never had any problems with it. We decided to order from doggie food.com because of the lower-cost and when the food came it smelled sour but we thought maybe it was just us. This was not the first bag of food we bought from them. We have placed three orders and all five bags that we bought from them were bad. Both of our dogs started having digestive issues and really bad gas. They got diarrhea and were throwing up. We also bought a bag of food for my parents dogs and they had the same issues. We didn't realize at first that it was the food but we ran out of food so we bought a new bag of Blue Buffalo from the pet store and all the digestive issues went away. I could smell the difference in the food from doggiefood.com and the pet store! Maybe the reason they can sell the food so much cheaper is because it's spoiled. I will never order from them again. Take my advice and spend a few extra dollars at the store for your dogs safety."

"Worst customer service ever! Will not do repeat business with them though I have been buying a certain product from them for a few years. They will not allow you to cancel an order, claiming their system will not allow it. I placed an order, then later read some reviews on the products that I ordered and decided against them. Within less than 2 hours of placing the order, I called to cancel. They had already closed for the day. So, I emailed requesting cancellation. It was ignored and the order shipped the following day. They offered to take it back, but then told me that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee, when they easily would have seen my cancellation request in my email when they opened the following day (assuming a company checks emails when they open!!) and the items should have never shipped in the first place. What company will NOT ALLOW cancellations?! Not cool. I decided to keep the food, by the time I got it back to them (heavy box of cases of canned food) and paid 15% restocking fee, it wasn't worth it. Think twice before ordering from this company if service matters, there are plenty of other companies with good prices on pet foods that will treat you better as a customer!"

"I've used this vendor for a few years now, and am overall quite satisfied. Their shipping is pretty slow, but "free shipping" usually is. They have recently changed from UPS to FEDEX and that has improved things a lot. To offset the slow shipping I just order when I open the last sack (26 lb for a 50 pound dog) I have on hand. My only complaint is the 10+ emails per week. They have an offer to adjust your emails to as little as one per month, but that doesn't seem to work. I've never had the experience of using their customer service for shipping problems or returns, so I can't speak to that. "

"I ordered foods for my birds 6 days ago and they sent shipment email next day. Today there is still no movement when I check the tracking number. I called them and they said they don't have this food in stock. So basically they mark orders as shipped even though they don't actually ship.

When i asked them how to fix this problem, they didn't even apologize properly. Stay away from them, at all cost!
