"Dog.com has the worst return policy of any online vendor I've ever purchased from (and I do a lot of online shopping).I ordered several items off of dog.com because the prices were so good. One thing I ordered was a wire crate for my puppy. When I got it, I realized that I had gotten one that was way too big. I decided to return the crate. I contacted dog.com. They gave me a return authorization number and then informed me that their return policy requires me to just take the package to FedEx or UPS and pay for the full return shipping.Based on the size of the package, it will cost me either $52 or $45 to ship the crate back to dog.com. I paid $44 for the crate! Yes, folks, it will cost me more to return the crate than it did to buy it in the first place! I will never order another item from this site. I don't care how good the prices are."
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Have ordered multiple personalized dog collars from this company. Sent a note and asked for all to be done in white thread this is a huge problem for them. I'll be doing business with one of the other companies that give you a choice. I also sent back 2 dog beds that were not described close at all to the real thing. They recieved them on December 8th still no refund. I have called first it would be a week they have so many returns, you think, now its two weeks they are so busy with returns. Terrible company steer clear!!"
"I recently bought puppy collars of all colors in size 14in for my six 6-8 week old Golden Retriever puppies! Yes six. :)The collars fit PERFECTLY! I love these collars a lot. You don't have to make a hole in it either! Thank you so much for your help."
"I live in Hazleton, PA and went to their outlet store with my dog to purchase a harness for her. I put the harness on that night and left it on for a couple hours to monitor the fit and comfort of this product. Well, the plastic clip on the harness must have had some sort of chemical on it that caused a serious skin issue on my dog. The skin blistered up and was very gooey. It had to be very painful and was horrible to look at. $100.00 vet visit the next morning and a harness return immediately after.Customer service was horrid. I know they remembered my purchase the day before as everyone 'oohed' and 'aahed' over my English Bulldog. I did not ask for the vet bill to be paid, but showed them the skin patch, which was about a 2" square of missing fur and hideous blistery gooey flesh. They did refund my money, but acted as if the problem was unrelated and I was hassling them for making them do a refund.It was obvious that they could care less what their product did to my dog. Even strangers that would see her would recoil upon seeing it. How can ANY pet store manager dismiss something like this??I will never shop there again."
"Everything is great until you need to return something.UPS confirmed that they received my return (with RMA) on 11/29/10. It is now 1/10/11 and I still have not received my refund after numerous emails and phone calls. Each time I call customer service I'm told that the drop ship department will contact me, which they did initially. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. I tried to call the drop ship department directly but always get a "mailbox full" message.I'm out $84.99. I do NOT recommend dog.com. "

"This was my first order from dog.com but I couldn't be happier. I ordered on Friday night and received my order on Tuesday morning. Everything was packed exceptionally well. They separately bagged loose bones which was great. I also liked the markings on my packing slip. You could tell they really review your order to make sure everything's there.I got my order confirmation immediately but never received a tracking number. This was fine by me it just worried me since it was my first order and didn't know how long they normally take to ship. Apparently its very quickly! Being that their warehouse is close to me in PA if I ordered on a weekday I would probably get it the next day! :DTheir %120 price guarantee and free shipping over $50 is awesome! "This store is also fish.com (which is where I purchased from.) First time I order and they are great! Purchased Eclipse 3 hood at the cheapest price online. Shipping was only $0.99 as item was not FOB (they had it in their warehouse.) I was a bit weary on ordering as I couldn't find much (ratings/comments) on this store.
