"I ordered a J C Caylen hoodie for my daughter from District lines on April 3rd 2013. This was a pre sale item, with a estimated delivery date of April 26th. Weeks after, I called to see what was the hold up and all I ever get is a stupid recording. "If you call during normal business hours, all of our customer service representatives will be busy" Really ? How would they possibly know that? So, to make a long story longer, I've called 4 times and left messages with my order number and contact info. and they have never returned my calls. On May 23rd I get a email stating my package has been shipped and has a UPS tracking number with a scheduled delivery of May 28th. On the 28th I check the tracking number and it says the package has been delivered and left in the garage. Problem is, we don't have a garage, and I didn't see a package. I called UPS and they tell me the package was delivered to someone in Suwannee, GA That's great,except I live in Louisiana. Beware of these muppet brained morons. They will charge your credit card on the date you place an order even though the item is a pre sale item with a scheduled delivery of months ahead. What a incompetent douche bag of a company !!!!!!"
"Hands down the worst experience I have ever had from a retailer. Purchased the item in April, Which I knew was a pre-sale to be in stock at the end of April. Contacted the site about 20 days later and they said they were unsure when the item would be in. at 31 days and after speaking to 2 customer service reps It was finally shipped.. Then instead of expediting it for the inconvenience they shipped it UPS ground. Not telling anyone how to run a company but I hope they don't treat all their cusomters like this."

"Ordered a shirt 2/28/13 Called multiple times About my order never got an answer or return Call.Finally today 3/20/13 I get an email Saying my order has Shipped. Almost a month later! I will never order from them again!"

"I ordered a T-shirt and hat on 12/21/2012. I called three different times, at least a week apart, left three messages with the requested information, and never received a call in return. On 1/25/2013 I got a shipment notification with a tracking number that was either false or incorrectly typed. Lucky for District Lines that they are the ONLY people who have this merchandise. It's the ONLY way they could possibly stay in business. Horrible (non-existent) customer service. I will never order from them again."
"Terrible customer service. It's so unfortunate that my favorite band is connected with them. Several times they have shipped pre-ordered material in segments without notifying me that some of my order would come months later due to production delays. They NEVER ship their records correctly, and they are repeatedly damaged, one was a limited edition signed copy. If you preorder something, you can bet that it won't ship out until days or weeks after the release date. I wish State Radio, Chadwick Stokes and Dispatch would cease product affiliation with this embarrassment of a company."

I ordered a T-Shirt on Pre-Sale that was supposed to arrive and ship out on October 29th, then they delayed it to October 31st and then again to November 5th, and today is November 17th and after checking my order status every day, it always says "Waiting for Items" and my order cost about $30 and I am doubtful if it will EVER arrive!!"
"Unfortunately, this seller uses the USPS to ship items. The USPS is not effective enough to ensure proper delivery parcels.
Though we received our normal mail delivery, the parcel was delivered at night when our business was closed.
I did not receive my item and information supplied by District Lines was insufficent for the Postal Workers to locate my order. It is back on its way to District Lines and I will be seeking a refund.
Avoid purchasing from District Lines until they offer other shipping options!"
"I did not have such a great experience with this. I ordered a t-shirt 8/6/2012 (today is 8/23/2012), and just got an email that it finally shipped, but will still not be here for another 3-4 weeks! Needless to say, I will not be ordering again."
"My overall view of District Lines was that it was very well organized in what I was looking for. In addition, I found the prices sort of too much but then again fair. However, I was annoyed when I ordered a order of posters, and it was 1.) 2-3 weeks late and 2.) and all the posters were folded to have now a crease line. :/. So yeah, I not even sure where I stand now."
"Cannot say enough about the horrible customer service and overall attitude of this company. Ordered a T-shirt, size Adult Medium, for my daughter. Took FOREVER to come and missed being here in time for Christmas although I ordered it the first week in December. When it finally did come, it said Medium, but must have been a Child's medium because it was TINY! Did not even fit my 7 year old! Immediately tried to contact them but they were not answering the phone, forcing me to leave message after message, that was never returned. Finally, I disputed the charge on my credit card. That got their attention, but only to force them to dispute my complaint, arguing that the shirt was in fact an Adult Medium and that there are no returns allowed. Pitiful response - no concern for the customer at all. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!"
"Having recently ordered from District Lines from the UK,I can't say enough lovely things about them! Being a technical fool i had some problems with the order form,but recieved a very helpful,personal email from their customer service within 24 hours on international shipping.My order was then shipped to the uk two days later,arriving safely,with no customs charges,well within two weeks! Highly recommended!"
"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered two tickets, posters, shirts, and backstage passes to an upcoming show through this company. I placed my order November 1, 2011, which was literally the day I heard about the concert. The website says the order hadn't even been placed until December 14. It is now January 11, 2012. The concert is in TWO DAYS, January 13. We finally received the t-shirts and posters, but...WHERE ARE THE TICKETS?! I spent over $100 and have been waiting two months to receive my order, and they only give us HALF of it? I will NEVER buy from these idiots again."
"I will never purchase an item from this company again! I placed my order in November and finally reciecd it 3 days before Christmas! They gave me the wrong size shirt (child L instead of an adult XS). In order to return you must call or send in an inquiry on their site. I sent in the inquiry and never heard back from them. Finally called and was told that I would have to pay shipping and that they would not send the UPS shipping label (something their website said they would do) because it was an exchange and not an error on their part. When I pointed out that it was an error because they sent the wrong size, I was told they sometimes do that because the sizes are so similar. The child L was WAY smaller than the other shirts I recieved in an adult XS. Cosutmer services was customer NO service and was very rude!"
