"I bought a portable pet house for my teacup Yorkiepoo from Discount ramps to send to my daughters house in Astoria, Or. I was going to be spending a month there with my darling puppy, Sydney. It was the best price I had found anywhere, and it arrived very quickly. She, Sidney, absolutely loved it! It has two compartments in case you have two dogs, but in my case I just folded down the middle and she had the whole place to herself. One side had an upper and lower bed. She loved to jump up on it and get a toy and then jump back off! She had so much fun that after we got back to Texas I ordered another one for our house, even though I had already invested a lot of money in a puppy training system! Since both my husband and myself prefer showers, he built a platform on top of out Master corner tub, covered it in cute spongy material to make it soft, built a ramp and put her house on it. Now Sydney plays in her playhouse all of the time! She really loves it and so do I. Thank you for making a safe, affordable and transportable house for my darling Sydney! "NEVER Buy from DiscountRamps.com unless you want to keep a terrible product. We bought a Cargo carrier bag and took it on ONE trip that was about 200 miles roundtrip. The bag was packed with bedding...SOFT supplies! It tore on the first use and has a massive hole in the left side. When I asked about a refund or replacement the company said we were outside their return window....the 1 year warranty is a JOKE! The manufacturer will not honor it because they claim we told DiscountRamps we wanted to keep it? Why in the world do I want a bag with a massive hole in it??? "I was recently interested in an "Out of Stock" dirt bike stand from DiscountRamps.com. I engaged customer support via e-mail and received a fast response with detailed information including estimated availability timelines. I then noticed another stand on their site and had a number of positive back-and-forth emails regarding specifications and shipping charges. I called in to place my order and was helped by a friendly and thorough customer service representative. You can tell that it's a "first name" kind of place; old-fashioned, in a good way.It may not be typical, as my product was drop shipped from a neighboring state, but I ordered on a Tuesday morning and my order arrived via UPS Ground Wednesday evening. What that does tell me, however, is that the staff at DiscountRamps.com processes orders quickly and efficiently. DiscountRamps also has an A+ BBB rating.They have a large selection of products and a good range of price & quality within product categories.I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future. "DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOLKS, UNLESS YOU TOTALLY INTEND TO KEEP THE ITEMS!! We ordered wheelchair threshold ramps. After reading the descriptions, we were sure they would fit. They did not, so, we had to return them. WE had to pay over $30 to return them, and then Discount Ramps DEDUCTED their shipping cost $34 from the refund. Refund??? There was none! These ended up COSTING us $10 more than we paid, and we dont' have anything to show for it!! I should have kept them and sold them them on Ebay!! "
"I ordered what was supposed to be a combo doggie bike trailer and doggie stroller. It's a three-wheel device and the front wheel is stationary so doesn't turn, which makes it very difficult to use as a stroller. One has to skid it sideways to get it to turn, or physically LIFT the stroller and move it sideways to turn it.I emailed the company about it, and their solution was for me to get a different model (a lot more $$$). My son ended up welding on a swivel wheel for me. I filed a report to ask that the company at least give back the $15 extra dollars I needed to spend to make this thing work as a stroller."

"I would be cautious about dealing with this store. I ordered a product from them on 5/14, and received an email stating that I would be getting an email with tracking information as soon as the item shipped. On 5/16, my account was charged the full purchase and shipping charges for the product, but I did not receive an email regarding shipment, so I emailed them. By 5/19, I had not received an email with tracking information, nor had I received a response from the email inquiry that I had sent. I called the company and was on hold for about 20 minutes when the called was "re-routed" back to the main menu, and I had to go through the whole thing again; and again I was on hold for about 20 minutes. Becoming frustrated, I hung up and called back, but chose the sales department number instead of customer service. I got a sales person after about 5 minutes, and after some grumbling, the sales person told me that when you place an order with them it does NOT SHIP FOR 10 DAYS to 2 WEEKS. I told him that I had not been informed of this, and that I wanted to cancel the order. He passed me off to the accounting department, where I got an answering machine. I left a message asking the woman to contact me ASAP, as I was not happy that they had already charged me for something that hadn't even shipped yet. I also emailed the company again, explaining that I was not particularly happy with their lack of customer service, and telling them that if I did not hear from them by the end of the day on the 20th, that I would be disputing the charges with the bank.On the 20th, I still had not heard from a single person at the company. I called, and again had to leave a message, and I also emailed, asking for a response regarding the resolution of this issue. On the 21st, still no contact from the company, so I went online to check the status of the order, and it said "Closed". On the 22nd, still NO CONTACT from the company at all. By the afternoon of the 22nd, they had finally made a full refund to my account.My main gripe with them - COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I would never do business with this company again."
