"DO NOT ORDER from them. YOU Will be DISAPPOINTED!!
I ordered this Otterbox case on the 16th of Feb. in which they state will leave the warehouse in 2-3 days. So here we are 11 days later & I decide to call them.
They tell me that this morning (really?) Their supplier called & said they were out of that color & only had black.
She said I could buy it in black. I asked if they would waive shipping or do anything for me for the iconvienence of ME having to contact them & do their job for them.
NOPE! Nothing. No thanks I will take my business elsewhere.

"I am a first time customer and to be honest no very pleased. i have placed my order on 12/05/11 and was shipped on the 9th 5 business days later. it was even past the 2-3 business days for processing. a rep told me i would have it on tuesday, its now wed 15th post office says it will be there on the 17th. you guys need to up your game if you are going to keep customers. hands down for this company hopefully my order is correct or im going to be even more pissed. 2 weeks is horrible to have to wait for your item. hands down for discount cell 1st and last purchase and never again."

"I ordered an item on 3/18/11 that the website said will be delivered in 2 to 3 days. Twice this company has changed the shipping date-now saying they will shipped on April 1st. I have now cancelled this order. I will never order from this company again. If I could give it -stars I would.

"ordered 6/20...after much much delay received order on 7/5...only to find that after waiting 3 weeks for order that the wrong USB cable had been sent. I called and have to admit in all fairness that they did offer to take the cable back and exchange, but SERIOUSLY do you think I'm going to wait another 3 weeks for an exchange....how bout this ..NO!!!!!

"Items are constantly on backorder. You cannot get ahold of customer service to save your life. They do not answer e-mails or telephone calls. If you need something right away, you're better off paying the full price at a local store, rather than waiting for these guys to ship it out, because IT WON'T HAPPEN.

Still have not received my order. What gives, Discount Cell????"
