Parts were incorrect in the box causing excessive delay in making the repair.  
 
Customer service for the sale and correcting the problem was great but it didn't make up for them not sending the correct O-Rings the first time.  
 
The application is very common and there is no excuse for them not sending the correct parts. They would not extend themselves to expedite shipping.  
 
I would have been better off paying more for local support.  
 
NOTE IT WAS NOT ONE O-RING but the entire seal package. They were the wrong type of seals. My car uses the metal washers with bonded rubber seals and I received ONLY O-RINGS. For what it's worth I gave these guys a great rating on initial sales and service just a poor review on the product being as expected and after sales support. There are apparently two options for the seals, the dealer needed the VIN number to ID the correct ones. (could not get them in time either) Discount AC did send the correct seals but by then it was too late. They need to do a better job of knowing the details of the application. It's a 10 year old vehicle so it's unlikely they've never run into this before.

High quality parts, well packaged, excellent warranty. Very easy to navigate and understand website. The price was easily 30% less than getting it locally, and free ground shipping was a bonus and was quick. Thank You. I will refer this site to others.

ordered a new KIA part, good price, delivery on time.  
no complaints, except they did not have another part that was needed to keep the warranty in effect. also the of 12 mos./12,000 mi. is short for a NEW part, but that may be KIA's fault.  
i'd use again & were good at matching others shipping price for 2 day air.

I ordered a re-man'd condenser for a 95 Montero from discountacparts. The part came in and didn't fit. The call folks at DAC were so unbelievably knowledgeable in trying to understand exactly what and how it didn't fit that they were able to ensure that a replacement part (that was shipped overnight free of charge) fit perfectly. Thank you for a great customer service. I hope I don't need more parts, but I will go to you first!

I'm surprised at the shipping cost, it's so cheap! So far I have restored four early model cars here in Manila and have been getting parts from the US. The shipping cost of restoration parts have always been too much and sometimes prohibitive! Thanks a lot DISCOUNTacPARTS!!!

I requested 2nd day air shipping since I needed this item quickly. Upon arrival, wiring harness of part was incorrect and did not match original part.

This store is great. They shipped the items I purchased right away. Their salesman James helped me out and explained to me the exact parts I needed for my car. I would recommend this company to everyone looking for ac parts.

I Ordered parts for a 97 Saturn. Recieved the wrong expansion valve and a compressor that would not bolt up to the suction line without adaptor that I can not find at any local parts stores. After reading the store policy it says that they will not refund any wrong or mis-shipped items. I have bought local ac parts and thought that I would try an on-line vendor. The local parts vendors ac compressors came with warranty paper work, instructions, any needed o-rings or gaskets and if they were the wrong parts they had no trouble refunding my money. I was told that they may try to warranty the parts as defective. They said to ship them back and they would see if they could. I am going to spend the money to return the part and hope that they will refund my money.  
The company did refund the money for the compressor and expansion valve. I think that the company should list parts that are needed to install their part or what parts are included. Most all replacement ac parts will require new o-rings or gaskets. Also I am concerned that the parts came from another vender and without any paper work. I am going to stick to the local parts store's were I can look in the box and see what I am getting.

This company not only sent me the wrong part but they sent a replacement part that didn't work. When I asked for a refund they said it was against their policy. It has cost me $400 in added labor charges and my car was out of service for 2 weeks. They have not only nrefused to refund me for the bad part but they have not offered any compensation for my added labor charges. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PURCHASES!!!
