posted Jun-22-2011 “This order was placed in October of 2010. The warranty period is one year with Directron. If we still had the item in stock, we could accept the return and ship a replacement immediately. This was originally a special order item which has been discontinued from OCZ. Directron is a reseller, not the manufacturer. We would be more than happy to talk to OCZ to see if the RMA process can be expedited.”
posted Jul-14-2010 “This order was placed on 06/22/2010 and shipped the same day. It was delivered to the ship to address in 3 business days. Directron refunded the full shipping amount of 8.32 on 06/26. We explained there was a shipping calculation error during the online checkout process which caused the order to be shipped UPS. Directron complied with the request of a full shipping refund. Thank you!”
"The PC case I ordered was badly damaged and had to be RMA'd. No Big deal usually but - Their email states not to contact them, until they contact you. I already felt like I was going to get screwed after reading that. I sent the case back (at a cost of $15) on the 14th of Sept. and have yet to hear from them. It's the 27th now. I've been buying parts online for over ten years and these guys are lame when it comes to customer service. Never again."
