First experience with Direct, and I must say I'm pretty impressed. Ordered on Monday, at my door on Tuesday, pretty good considering I'm in Montreal!  
 
Smooth process with lots of updates on order status; ok for occasional purchases, but if I ordered a lot, I wouldn't mind just a link to an order status page.  
 
Great price on the item and good special on shipping (express air 9.95 or so)  
 
This is probably a best case experience (item in stock, no shipping problems, item received in great condition) which doesn't quite test their service when things aren't so smooth, but I will definitely keep buying from them until they give me a reason not to.

I've ordered from Direct Canada a number of times. They are always fast to ship, have great shipping rates (usually free of < $10) and have had great customer support. I once had an icident where I made an error on entering my credit card information. They were quick to call me and solve the problem in a prompt and FRIENDLY manner.  
 
Additionally, I find that Direct Canada always has the lowest prices in the country on computer products.  
 
On the negative side, their site can be difficult to navigate and isn't as well organized as competitors, such as NCIX and NewEgg. Their selection of goods may be as good; however, finding items can be difficult and frustrating. None the less, the $100+ I saved on my order over puchasing from NCIX PLUS the free shipping made up for an extra 20 minutes put in on actually doing my shopping.

My first time ordering from Direct Canada, and it was one of the BEST online ordering experiences yet!!! Direct Canada was quick to process my order, and ship it out straight away that I had my purchase delivered to me within two days of odering!!!! Keep up the great work Direct Canada - I will be back for future purchases. (Oh, the invoice Direct Canada sent was so great as well - full of precise details of the order!)

I cannot believe that it would take a week to order and ship the items I purchased from Richmond to Delta. I find it totally inexcusable that it took so long. I have ordered items from the eastern seaboard of North America and they have arrived sooner! The flood of one email after another is also irritating since one expects perhaps two: one to advise status of order and the next with shipping info. If you blame this on Canada Post I think you should find yourself another shipper. I would seriously consider not purchasing from Direct Canada in the future if I could not get better shipping.

I've been using Directcanada for 3 years now, I bought all my stuff from there for my computer that I'm currently using now, my speakers, headsets, motherboards, graphics cards, ram, computer case, dvd rom, hard drives, power supply... Everything, and I've just done that this week again from the case down to every last computer part. I would never go to another place to buy my computer parts, or anything that they sell they have amazing prices, and even promotion deals on already amazingly priced items. Along with the prices they have a wide selection of stuff to choose from, their site is a bit hard to navigate for people who don't know precisely what they're looking for, could use a more defined search like tigerdirect has can choose each option of the item to narrow it down if only have an idea of what you want. Great customer service, Great return service, fast and secure.

Great communication - with the exception that I'm still waiting on my "Order Shipped" confirmation email (and my package arrived a few days ago). But I was still able to track my package via the websites Shipment Tracking Information feature. Other than that - no complaints. Item was shipped super fast and arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

I've ordered a few items from DirectCanada over the last few years - the latest, an Intel Core i7 CPU.  
 
I have nothing but praise for the efficiency of this company, very quick response time, almost immediate shipping, not to mention that the price was the lowest by a considerable margin and it was shipped free of charge.

I have ordered a couple of times over the past couple of years from this merchant and I was happy every time. They ship quickly and items are packed well. Overall, they're good. I never actually had to deal with them directly (no DOA, no lost items, no problems of any sort) so I can't comment on that.

purchased a Lian Li PC-7FWB mid tower case from Direct Canada , it was in stock as the site indicated , delivery was quick and product in great condition. they also had a good price.

ordered saturday night. Received it Tuesday. Blazing fast!  
Their order tracking page isn't clear tho. Thought that my hard drive was pending for shipping whereas it was already shipped.

The website was easy to use to find what I needed to order and the pricing was good with inexpensive shipping by air.
