This is the first time I ever ordered from Direct Canada. I am totally satisfied with the order. It was delivered in record time, and everything was in excellent condition. The prices were the best I have found anywhere. I would highly recomend buying there and will gladly order more from them in the future.  
PS: I had to pay shipping because of where I live but still was cheaper than anywhere else I have shopped.

Very poor service. In spite of the fact that their website clearly states "we only ship with purolator and canadapost" on the top of each and every page, they shipped my order via Fedex. Now, fedex does not have an office where I live, so when they tried to deliver the order and I happened not to be home, I have to pick it up from their closest location which is about an hour drive, back and forth! Had they done what they advertised and shipped it with either purolator or canadapost, I would have been able to pick it up locally in a few minutes. I tried to call them and was put on hold for 16 min when I eventually gave up.  
 
Also, their annoying emails. They email you for each step processing the order. Why not just let me know when the order ships and the tracking information (which interestingly enough, they emailed me, without stating the carrier, so it was totally useless)!  
 
Would probably never do business with them again.

I haven't tested the drive yet but the shipping for free is still quite fast . I'm sure it will work. :)

Fast, good service and not expensive. One of the best place to buy some hardware on the web without any worry.

Good provider but they have some problem with availability of product on web site. Product description are exact and price is good. Promotionnal shipping fee are good. But availability change when order are complete. The overall cote for this provider is A+.

DirectCanada is my first choice for buying computer parts. Generally I only look elsewhere if they don't have what I want. They have the best prices; free shipping on orders over $300; and my orders are usually processed in one business day and arrive in about two or three business days (I live in Alberta). This last order was no different, everything went great!

Very fast delivery! I've just ordered on sunday afternoon and received it on tuesday afternoon.  
Although I have made a mistake first in my order I was able to contact someone who fixed the problem refund me and so I made a new one order all the same day. What a great professionnal costumer services!!!
