"I placed an order last weekend. Everything was in stock, but when they went to pick my order, the cpu had gone out of stock. I sent an email to inquire, they responded right away. Since I was hoping to have everything for the long weekend, they accommodated me by sending the item by air. It arrived on time. I have emailed back and forth with them many times and every instance has been professional and above expectations. Best prices, best service. I am excited to build my entertainment pc, but they have made the experience even better. Thanks DirectCanada "

"These guys know what's going on. Exceptionally secure checkout, free ground shipping which is f**king amazing, and they're simply just better on price-points than my usual goto: Newegg.

It's saying a lot when your beating industry juggernauts.

Customer Service during a small mistake I made in the ordering process was top-f**cking-notch. Even merged it with a previous order so it would all ship out together.

"First, seeing that one reviewer was asked to write a review, I will say right away that I was NOT asked to write this. I actually came to this site earlier to view reviews for Direct Canada before I ordered from them. And decided to come back afterwards and write this.

So, I ordered a Corsair H60 water cooler for my new PC at a price that I thought was too good to be true, seeing a refurb unit on another site was virtually the same price. And it came with free shipping. I was actually wondering if I would get the 2013 model of the cooler or the earlier one at that price. I ordered late on Mar 13, and it arrived Mar 21. It was actually delayed one day due to weather, and I can attest to the poor weather so not unexpected. I received tracking information that advised when it would ship and arrive, and of the delay, and it arrived the next day. The exterior box was damaged slightly in shipping but the cooler package was untouched, protected by the shipping air bags and in perfect condition. And it was the newer version as pictured on the web site. :)

I am very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to buy from them again. In fact, I have no doubt they will be at the top of my list the next time I go shopping on line."

"Yes Direct Canada asked me to write a review but if i had known about this website i would have wrote one anyway. I'm gonna try to cut it short. I live in Canada there is NCIX a well known computer store but it has many sister companys, Direct Canada being one of them.

The reason i order from Direct Canada is because the majority of the time the prices are cheaper and most importantly they offer free shipping on orders over $50. I've ordered a total of around $500 worth of stuff from Direct Canada and their service has been great every time. If i order something for example on a monday night at 11:00pm starting the next morning it will come in only one day. I live in parksville B.C and they are located in richmond so it's not very far but still extremely fast. I think their main warehouse is located in ontario and it takes under 1 week to receive stuff from there.

(Note: i have ordered things from other places like newegg and amazon but after ordering my last few things from direct canada i see no reason to order things from them anymore. I ordered headphones from amazing and it took 4 weeks to arrive and ordered something else from newegg that arrived broken.)"

"I ordered online on the 11th of February. I received an email from them advising I should click on the link and wait for a call to get a 4 digit pin number for secure verification. This call never came. I tried to call them and no answer. On the 12th at 740am EST I sent them an email to cancel my order as it had only been processed with shipping info verified. I just now received notification of my card being charged and my order pending shipment over 6 hours after I emailed to cancel my order (of which I received a confirmation email of their receipt). I am now on hold(over 5 minutes so far) to talk to a person about my canceled order that has been billed to my credit card. Customer service at this company is atrocious. What a horrendous way to treat your customers.
Update after 19 minutes on hold, I spoke with a gentleman who canceled my order, advised they were closed for Family Day and assured me that he had been taking calls back to back since opening at 930PST and would have gotten to my cancelation at 'some point during the day'. As they are located in BC and my order was shipping from Toronto and I was calling at almost 2pm I explained my concern that 'some point' would possibly be too late to stop the order.
I expressed that it is good business practise to advise customers who call in if your office/company is closed for a holiday (as in Family Day that is not celebrated at the same time all over Canada) as I did not know that they were closed for that reason, there was no mention of it anywhere. "

"Fast shipping. Good customer support but no way to cancel order and phone system might keep you waiting since there is no messsages to indicate when they are closed"

"I am pleasantly surprised with this company. I wanted a Bamboo Splash and found this site through Shopbot.ca as I did not want to pay $79.00 + tax at BestBuy or London Drugs. To my surprise Direct Canada offered the same item for $57.36 shipping included which is a great deal. So far the item works fine so I can't say anything about the customer service. Hope I won't need to contact them in the future."
