When I initially bought my 1st 7" tablet, i did hesitate a bit especially I was paying someone from NY all the way to China, which is not really a short distance. Though the amount is less than US$200, it's still my hard earned money. My tablet actually failed in less than 3 months with heating problem and missing volume on one side of the ear pieces. When I contacted their customer services, i was surprised i heard back pretty quick. At the end, i was able to exchange for an upgraded unit by adding the difference in price and they were willing to deduct the postage I paid to ship the unit back.
