1. According to the policy about the shipping fee, the regular mail shipping method is free. But you have chosen UPS, so the shipping fee has been charged. 2. Since some countries are not covered by DHL/UPS, or due to the weight or size of the items, the carrier will change your shipping method from DHL/UPS to EMS. EMS is also a express shipping method, which will take 3-7 business days to arrive the destination, hope you will kindly understand this situation. 3. As the item which is missing in the shipping way, our related department will issue the refund in 2 business days. Please confirm this by that time. 4. We have a lot of suppliers all around the world. In order to save your waiting time, we shipped out the items separately. 5. As the wrong item, we have checked the description about the item, it is single lamp holder one. It is not double holder.
